The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the panorama and its quiet, sunny location. Available for use: children's playground, swing, sandpit, terrace and lift.

Bedroom with 2 single beds and access to the loggia (covered, garden furniture). Kitchen in the kitchen-diner with TV, dining area (6 seats), electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and hairdryer. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin, WC and window.
