See in Paznaun, 1150 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is located on a 100 sqm open garden plot with a lawn. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Picturesque panorama of the surrounding mountains. Access is via a side road (paved). In winter, snow chains are recommended. Parking space (for 1 car) on the property. Only 1 parking space available, there is no space for additional cars, please note.

Kitchenette in the living kitchen with TV, electric stove, oven, extractor hood, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, hairdryer, and window.

Included in the price: internet access, ski bus, parking place, electricity, gas, water, local tax (under 14 years), bed linen, hand towels, sunloungers, Wi‑Fi (WLAN).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): Short stay surcharge (less than 5 nights) obligatory 40% per booking per stay.
