See in Paznaun, 1150 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is located on a 100 sqm open garden plot with a lawn. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Picturesque panorama of the surrounding mountains. Access is via a side road (paved). In winter, snow chains are recommended. Parking space (for 1 car) on the property. Only 1 parking space available, there is no space for additional cars, please note.

Kitchenette in the living kitchen with TV, electric cooker, oven, extractor hood, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.

Included in the price: internet access, ski bus, parking place, electricity, gas, water, local tax (under 14 years), bed linen, hand towels, sunloungers, Wi‑Fi (WLAN).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): Short stay surcharge (less than 5 nights) obligatory 40% per booking per stay.

Also the location is excellent, just a quarter of an hour drive to ischgl ski resort

Alles in allem als Unterkunft für „Freigänger“
Sonst: Die Lage - Na ja, nicht schlecht (aber wir waren zum aller ersten mal in Österreich), beim 2-ten mal würde ich etwas geschickter wählen.
Vermieter sind voll in Ordnung. Helfen gern und sind sehr freundlich.
Was Internetverbindung über WLAN angeht, erstens es ist kostenpflichtig (OK sind nur 10 Euro) und 2-tens die Geschwindigkeit lässt sich einiges zu wünschen übrig. Enspricht der Edge Verbindung in Duetschland ca 64kbit/s. Reicht gerade so um eine WhatsApp Nachricht zu senden, Surfen fast unmöglich.
Alles in allem, hab nicht bereut. War sehr gut, aber ich war auch zum ersten mal in Österreich hab also keine Vergleichsmöglickeiten.
