Description
You don't necessarily have to get on a plane to relax in a luxurious villa on the water. Our house is located in the Bernstein Resort Ribnitz-Damgarten.
It is one of a total of 15 floating houses in the Saaler Bodden. Discover the unique coastal landscape and the nearby Baltic Sea.
Your wish to spend your holiday as close to the water as possible can be realised on our houseboat
Our houseboat offers space for up to 6 people and plenty of maritime flair. The generous windows in the living and dining area enhance the feeling of freedom and closeness to nature
Enchanting sunsets can be enjoyed directly from the sofa, the spacious terrace or the sun deck
The terrace is equipped with a dining table and chairs. There is also a Weber electric barbecue at your disposal
You can reach the Bodden directly via a swimming ladder. You can explore the Bodden with a stand-up paddle board
A clothes horse is available for drying your wet bathing clothes.
The sun deck offers a panoramic view of the old town, the harbour and the Bodden landscape.
The sun deck with comfortable loungers is an ideal place for sun worshippers.
The house with its 85 square metres of living space is luxuriously furnished
The living room offers a comfortable seating set, flat-screen TV and digital radio

The high-quality eat-in kitchen with bar counter, dining table with bench and chairs invites you to a sociable dinner. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator incl. freezer compartment, a coffee machine, oven/microwave combi oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, milk frother
All rooms are air-conditioned and on cold days the wall fireplace provides a cosy atmosphere on board
The three bedrooms are equipped with box-spring beds (2 x double bed, 1 x two single beds) with high-quality toppers. Pillows in two sizes are provided
The bathroom of the master cabin is equipped with a spacious shower 80 x 106 cm, washstand, toilet, hairdryer, towel radiator and underfloor heating. It is directly accessible from the master cabin
The second bathroom for bedroom 2 and 3 also has a spacious shower 80 x 106 cm, washbasin, hairdryer, towel radiator and underfloor heating. There is also a separate WC with hand basin
All rooms are equipped with pleated blinds or curtains
The windows and patio doors are equipped with insect screens.
Our service partner on site will personally hand over the house on arrival and give a short introduction to the house and technology
The check-out and final cleaning will also be carried out by our service partner. The final cleaning is included for you
A free car park is located opposite the Boddentherme. A trolley is available in the house for your luggage, which can also be used to conveniently bring your shopping on board
Our welcome package will give you a successful start to your wonderful time out on our houseboat. You can expect a chilled bottle of sparkling wine and the initial equipment for kitchen and bathrooms such as kitchen roll, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tabs, dishcloth, bin liners, liquid soap and toilet paper.
And last but not least: The swimming house has its permanent mooring on the Bodden coast in the immediate vicinity of the Boddentherme Ribnitz-Damgarten. So you are well equipped, even for days when the coastal wind blows hard.

Location and surroundings of object
Ribnitz-Damgarten is centrally located in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern between the Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Stralsund on the Saaler Bodden. Many excursion destinations can be easily reached from the amber town. The endless white Baltic beaches are also only a few minutes' drive from the Bodden town. Ribnitz-Damgarten borders the largest national park on the German Baltic Sea coast, the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park.

Attention addiction danger!
Those seeking absolute peace, untouched nature, and an extraordinary location are exactly right here. The indescribable location by the Bodden creates a new picture on the horizon at every hour. We actually just wanted to vacation, but now we are seriously considering becoming squatters! The Floatinghouse is an absolute dream – the furnishings are so perfect that even the largest search for a missing small item was unsuccessful. We really lacked absolutely nothing. Thank you very much for this wonderful time out on the water. We would love to come again – unless we simply refuse to leave!

Perfect vacation in a dreamlike accommodation
The accommodation lacks nothing; everything is available in sufficient quantity for a dream vacation.
The floating house is very tastefully, modernly, and comfortably furnished.
The view of the lagoon, the sunset on the upper deck, breakfast on the lower terrace, the immediate access to the water, and stand-up paddling make the vacation a great experience.
The pictures reflect the current condition. The surroundings are very diverse and invite extensive bike trips.
We will definitely come back :-)

Great holiday home with ambiance
The holiday home has a wonderful location for families (children 4 and 6). We were quickly on foot in the town, which offers many playgrounds and is also not far for shopping. Other attractions are also quickly reachable by car. The holiday home is very nicely furnished and excellently equipped. Here you can feel comfortable and, in good weather, take a tour with the SUP on the lagoon. We can also recommend the house for families.

A vacation dream on a luxury houseboat
We enjoyed every minute. Everything was perfect and just as inviting as in the pictures online.

Das Floatinghouse ist sehr geschmackvoll , modern und gemütlich eingerichtet.
Der Blick auf den Bodden, der Sonnenuntergang am Oberdeck, das Frühstück auf der unteren Terasse, das sofort ins Wasser gehen und das Standup paddling machen den Urlaub zu einem tollen Erlebnis.
Die Bilder entsprechen dem Istzustand. :-)
Die Umgebung ist sehr abwechlungsreich und lädt zu ausgiebigen Fahrradausflügen ein.
Wir werden ganz bestimmt wiederkommen :-)
Auch andere Attraktionen sind schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hervorragende ausgestattet. Hier kann man sich wohl fühlen und bei gutem Wetter eine Tour mit dem SUP auf den Bodden drehen.
Wie können das Haus auch für Familien weiter empfehlen.
Wir machen seit längerem schon Urlaub auf einem Hausboot, bis dato war dieses das Schönste.
Es war alles vorhanden, sehr großzügig und modern ausgestattet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Floatinghouse ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet ; sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Alles sehr gemütlich.
Die Aussicht vom Wohnraum und beiden Terassen ist unglaublich schön. Vor allem die Sonnenuntergänge sind traumhaft anzusehen..

Schon beim ersten Eintritt in das schwimmende Haus waren wir von dem Ambiente, der modernen und geschmackvollen Einrichtung sowie der Ausstattung begeistert. Die ruhige Lage, der direkte Zugang zum Wasser und die schönen Sonnenuntergänge haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Dadurch, dass der Ribnitzer Radweg am Steg vorbeiführt, konnten wir direkt zu tollen Radtouren starten.
Wir möchten uns auch bei Herrn und Frau Westphal für die kurzfristige und unkomplizierte Buchung und den netten Empfang bedanken.
Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen dieses außergewöhnliche Urlaubsdomizil.
Wir wurden von dem Verwalter sehr nett empfangen, dieser zeigt uns auch sofort alles, was man in dem Haus zu beachten hat. Alles natürlich auch nachzulesen in einem super angelegtem Ordner auf dem Haus. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Es wurde an alles gedacht und fehlte nichts. Grill, Wäschetrockner, Auflagen alles vorhanden, eine super ausgestattete Küche... Highlight natürlich das SUP-Board, welches wir ausgiebig genutzt haben. Die traumhaften Sonnenuntergänge konnte man in vollen Zügen genießen.
Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder...
Modern eingerichtet, alles sauber und ordentlich.
Zimmer sind von der Größe ausreichend.
Es gibt einen direkten Zugang vom Boot in den Bodden. Der Steg ist nur mit dem Schlüssel begehbar, so dass andere Personen dort nicht hinkommen.
Blickt man vom Boot nach links sieht man leider die Hochhäuser von Ribnitz Damgarten. Das hat bei mir ein bisschen das Urlaubsgefühl gestört.
Ganz schnell ist man bei mehreren Geschäften (unter einem Kilometer), Edeka, Deichmann, Ernstings...
Wenn die Wellen komisch auftreffen, schwankt das Boot deutlich , was mich aber nicht gestört hat.
Ankommen - auspacken - wohlfühlen. So soll ein erholsamer Urlaub sein. Vielen Dank an unsere Gastgeberfamilie Westphal und Herrn Gäbler für den netten Kontakt und die Betreuung vor Ort. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Es ist für mich Luxus pur so nah der Natur zu sein und gleichzeitig eine wunderbare Unterkunft zu haben getrennt nur durch eine Tür. Es war eine schöne Zeit nur viel zu kurz.

Das Stand Up Paddling auf dem Bodden macht viel Spaß, etwas schwierig ist es , das Board alleine zu Wasser zu lassen, ohne nass zu werden. Da wir weder gegrillt, noch gekocht, noch den Vollautomaten, noch die Klimaanlage, noch den Kamin benutzt haben, kann ich natürlich dazu keine Bewertung abgeben. Alle Medien sind hervorragend, in der Benutzung, als auch im Klang und in der Ausstattung. Wir werden definitiv Wiederholungstäter:innen :-)
Und unsere Erwartungen haben sich mehr als erfüllt.
Wir haben wunderschöne, entspannte Tage verbracht. Ein besonderes Erlebnis ist der freie Blick über den Bodden auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen, bei Tageslicht und am Abend mit faszinierenden Sonnenuntergängen und Farbspielen auf dem Wasser.
Den Eigentümern gratulieren wir zu diesem gelungenem stilgerecht eingerichtetem Floating House und wünschen Ihnen weitere sehr zufriedene Gäste
