Relaxing days at anchor spot 7

We had a beautiful and relaxing time in the Floating House at anchorage No. 7.
From the moment we entered the floating house, we were enchanted by the ambiance, the modern and tasteful decor, and the amenities. We really enjoyed the quiet location, the direct access to the water, and the beautiful sunsets. Since the Ribnitz cycling path runs past the dock, we were able to start great bike tours right away. We would also like to thank Mr. and Mrs. Westphal for the short notice and uncomplicated booking and the warm welcome. We would be happy to return and recommend this extraordinary holiday home.

Trauma site

A perfect place to relax and unwind. Perfectly and cosily furnished rooms, nothing is lacking. Stand-up paddling and swimming directly from the boat are possible. Two beautiful terraces with a great sunset, weather permitting.

Holiday on the water

We had a wonderful week on the houseboat. Away from the Baltic Sea resorts, we explored the surrounding area and were surprised by what there is to discover. Thanks to the great hosts who welcomed us so warmly. We will not only recommend it to others, but also gladly come back.

just fantastic !!!

We spent a week on the floating house in August and really enjoyed it in beautiful weather. The house is located on a private jetty not far from the center. It is very quiet there and you can really relax.
We were greeted very kindly by the administrator, who immediately showed us everything to consider in the house. Everything can also be read in a well-organized folder in the house. The house is very tastefully and high-quality furnished. Everything has been thought of and nothing was missing. Grill, dryer, cushions, everything available, a well-equipped kitchen... The highlight, of course, was the SUP board, which we used extensively. We were able to fully enjoy the fantastic sunsets.
We can only recommend this house and would love to come back...

A very special holiday home / houseboat!

"For all those who seek something special! Accommodation with the flair of a houseboat but the space and comfort of a holiday home. The view of the water is unique, both from the inside as well as from the lower terrace and especially from the upper deck! The facilities are very comprehensive, everything was exactly as described, furthermore in a very well-maintained and clean condition. The city center and harbor of Ribnitz are easily accessible on foot. Overall highly recommended!"

Very nice vacation home

The location is very good and quiet. Just right for relaxing. The house sways a bit in storms, but that didn't bother us too much. The sunset is very beautiful. However, the departure should be more flexible. Before 8 am, there is no handover, which resulted in us getting caught in traffic on the way back. It would be better if the vacationer can decide for themselves when they want to leave. Despite this small flaw, we can still recommend the house.

Holiday home at the Bodden

Beautiful holiday home with good facilities.
Modernly furnished, everything clean and tidy.
Rooms are sufficiently sized.
There is direct access from the boat to the Bodden. The jetty can only be accessed with a key, so other people cannot get there.
If you look to the left from the boat, you unfortunately see the high-rise buildings of Ribnitz Damgarten. This somewhat disturbed my holiday feeling.
There are several shops nearby (less than a kilometer away), Edeka, Deichmann, Ernstings...
If the waves hit strangely, the boat sways noticeably, but that didn't bother me.

Pure freedom

It is wonderful to enjoy the tranquillity of nature in the morning. To experience beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
It is pure luxury for me to be so close to nature and at the same time to have a wonderful accommodation separated only by a door. It was a wonderful time, but far too short.

Pure relaxation

A very special holiday. The houseboat is modern and lovingly furnished. The Westphal family welcomed us very nicely. You can really enjoy your holiday there. The sunsets and visits by the swans were a highlight.

A special holiday in a particularly attractive accommodation in high-quality , tasteful furnishings, which in my view are complete, practical and well thought-out
Stand Up Paddling on the Bodden is a lot of fun, it is a bit difficult to launch the board alone without getting wet. As we did not grill, cook, use the fully automatic machine, the air conditioning or the fireplace, I can of course not give a rating on this. All the media are excellent, in use as well as sound and equipment. We will definitely be repeat offenders :-)

Like on a ship

Many thanks to the Westphal family for the tastefully furnished floating house. When you enter the house, you have left the world on land! In direct contact with the expanse of the Bodden, it really is a holiday! The generous glazing to the west makes the sunset a special experience. Thank you for letting us stay here!

Simply a great experience

Vacation on a floating house, that's something we wanted to experience as well!

And our expectations were more than fulfilled.
We spent beautiful, relaxed days. A special experience is the unobstructed view over the bay at different levels, in daylight and in the evening with fascinating sunsets and color plays on the water. Dreamlike houseboat
