Beautiful house for vacation rental in the Alberes sector of Empuriabrava.
Entering this village we find a living room with 2 sofas and TV, immediately after is the fully equipped and modern American kitchen with integrated table and 6 stools for dining.
On the first floor there is a bathroom with spacious shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer.
Going up the stairs we find the 3 bedrooms with double beds, 2 of which have access to a large terrace. The 3 bedrooms have air conditioning, 1 of the bedrooms has a TV. We also have a bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
Around this villa there is a beautiful garden with a large lawn, a large terrace and a salt pool of about 5 x 9 meters.
The garden furniture consists of 4 hammocks, 1 table as well as a barbecue, umbrella and outdoor shower The house has fiber optic internet, parking for cars directly in front of the garage (the garage is not available to tenants).
Youth group is not accepted. Small pets are accepted for an extra charge (€ 50). Bed linen and towels are not included. It can be rented for an extra charge.

Empuriabrava, a famous seaside resort, a lively place, well connected: 15 km northeast of Figueres, 150 km northeast of Barcelona, 35 km from the French border.
We can easily find supermarkets, stores, butchers, bakers, post offices, banks, restaurants, bars, discos and night entertainment, but what makes the difference is the charming marina with over 30 km of navigable canals, where there is the possibility Hire a boat to visit the canals from the water. The two golden sandy beaches of 2 km long and up to 200 m wide make it the perfect place for a nice vacation.
