Apartment great, also for 2 adults and 2 children. Equipment sufficient. Cozy. Shower a bit small, but it didn't bother us at all.

The apartment is conveniently located to the beach, shopping facilities, and the Nordic office. Every morning, a baker's cart is in front of the Nordic office, great. The apartment is good, however, a new mattress is urgently needed.

A good accommodation. Cleanliness, equipment, and location are great. You can quickly reach the beach and the city center. We booked the apartment because dog ownership is allowed and the apartment is also on the ground floor and equipped with a garden. Nordic GmbH, the contact person for the apartment, is within walking distance and very friendly. Disadvantages: The bed is very uncomfortable; we got back pain. There are also no really suitable sheets for the size of the bed. Fortunately, there is a pull-out sofa bed. The shower is very small and is difficult to clean from sand due to the floor tiles. Fenced gardens would provide a bit more privacy.

We were there for a week in May 2026 with 2 people and our dog and felt very comfortable. The apartment is very cozily furnished, in good condition, and was very clean upon takeover. The kitchen is fully equipped, everything needed in terms of electrical appliances and dishes is included. In the outdoor area, there is a terrace and a storage shed with terrace furniture, a grill, a sunshade, and two bicycles. Everything here is also in good condition. The furniture in the house comes partly from a well-known Swedish furniture store, and the furniture is in good condition, although the upholstered furniture (sofa and mattresses) has suffered a bit under the multitude of guests and is somewhat sagging. In the bedroom, there is a sufficiently large wardrobe and a double bed; however, the bedroom is quite small. This means that the double bed is positioned against the wall on one side, and this side is only accessible from the bottom. This is somewhat inconvenient for seniors. If the person sleeping on the wall side needs to get up at night, some mobility is required here. Therefore, the apartment is only partially suitable for seniors who are physically somewhat limited due to age. In the living room, there is a pull-out couch with two additional sleeping places; additionally, there is a travel crib for small children. The apartment is well suited for two people and couples with one to two smaller children. However, it is too small and not recommended for four adult persons. The location is very quiet, beach (approx. 200 m) and town center (approx. 500 m) are easily accessible. A small shopping center with Aldi, Kik, Tedi, and a supermarket is located about 200 m away, which is also open on Sundays. Unfortunately, there is no parking space belonging to the apartment. The vehicle must therefore be parked in a public paid parking space, with the landlord reimbursing the fees after departure. During our stay, the apartment on the upper floor was not rented, so we were able to use the free parking space of that apartment.

The apartment is modern and cozily furnished. It has a nice terrace. The bathroom is extremely small and the shower is more suitable for small and slim people. It worked well for us, but I think this note is important. We were bothered that the apartment does not have a parking space in the complex, but only a public parking lot. This is paid for by Nordic, but you have to walk there and the car is not protected. We come to Boltenhagen several times a year, but next time we will rent a different apartment from Nordic. We would recommend the apartment for two people.
