Wir waren im Mai 2026 eine Woche mit 2 Personen und unserem Hund dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, in einem guten Zustand und war bei Übernahme sehr sauber. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, es ist alles an E-Geräten und Geschirr enthalten, was man benötig. Im Aussenbereich gibt es eine Terrasse und einen Lagerschuppen mit Terrassenmöbeln, Grill, Sonnenschirm und zwei Fahrrädern. Auch hier ist alles in einem guten Zustand. Das Mobiliar im Haus stammt zum Teil aus einen bekannten schwedischen Möbelhaus, auch die Möbel befinden sich in einem guten Zustand wobei die Polstermöbel (Sofa und Matratzen) unter der Vielzahl der Gäste schon etwas gelitten haben und etwas durchgesessen/durchgelegen sind. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein ausreichend großer Kleiderschrank und ein Doppelbett, allerdings ist das Schlafzimmer recht klein Dies führt dazu, dass das Doppelbett mit einer Seite an der Wand steht und diese Seite nur von Unten zugänglich ist. Für Senioren ist dies etwas ungünstig. Wenn die Person, die an der Wandseite schläft, in der Nacht mal raus muss, ist hier schon etwas Beweglichkeit erforderlich. Daher ist die Wohnung für Senioren, die altersbedingt körperlich schon etwas eingeschränkt sind, nur bedingt geeignet. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch mit zwei weiteren Schlafplätzen, zusätzlich gibt es ein Kleinkinder-Reisebett. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen und Paare mit ein bis zwei kleineren Kindern gut geeignet. Für vier Erwachsene Personen ist sie allerdings zu klein und nicht zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, Strand (ca. 200 m} und Ortszentrum (ca. 500 m) sind gut erreichbar. In ca. 200 m Enfernung befindet sich ein kleines Einkaufszentrum mit Aldi, Kik, Tedi und einem Supermarkt die auch Sonntags von geöffnet haben. Leider gehört zur Wohnung kein Parkplatz. Das Fahrzeug muss daher auf einer öffentlichen gebührenpflichtigen Parkplatz abgestellt werden, wobei der Vermieter die Gebühren nach Abreise zurückerstattet. Während unserers Aufenthalts war die Wohnung im OG nicht vermietet, sodass wir den freien Parkplatz dieser Wohnung nutzen konnten.

Die Wohnung ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sie hat eine schöne Terrasse. Das Badezimmer ist überaus klein und die Dusche ist eher für kleine und schlanke Menschen geeignet. Für uns hat es gut gepasst, aber ich denke dieser Hinweis ist wichtig. Uns hat es gestört, dass die Wohnung keinen Parkplatz in der Anlage hat, sondern nur einen öffentlichen Parkplatz. Dieser wird zwar von Nordic bezahlt, aber man muss einen Fußweg dorthin laufen und das Auto steht nicht geschützt. Wir kommen mehrmals im Jahr nach Boltenhagen, aber das nächste Mal werden wir eine andere Wohnung von Nordic anmieten. Wir würden die Wohnung für zwei Personen empfehlen.

The apartment is cozily furnished. Would gladly return. The only adjustment was that this apartment does not have its own parking space. One has to park in the nearby public parking. The parking fees were refunded to us without any issues.

We were very kindly welcomed and advised by the staff of the holiday home agency. The apartment is small and functionally furnished, but completely sufficient for 2 people and a week's stay. The bedroom is very small, and having the bed directly against the wall makes it rather inconvenient for getting up at night. Our dogs also felt very comfortable here, although we couldn't really use the small terrace with the garden due to many ground wasps. A hairdryer missing from the bathroom was immediately provided to us by the agency. It is unfortunate and inconvenient that we couldn't park our car in front of the row of houses. For this, we had to park our car a few hundred meters away in a public and paid parking lot. However, Nordic reimbursed us for these fees afterwards. The location of the property is perfect; it is quiet here, yet the beach and the town are within walking distance. And in the morning, there is a bakery truck right around the corner, where you can get your breakfast rolls or little cakes for the afternoon from the very nice saleswoman. There is an Aldi, Markant, Kik, and Tedi nearby. Here you can find everything for self-catering and things you forgot at home. All in all, a lovely place for a few relaxing days.
