Very good facilities, very helpful service, you can't live closer to the beach - we had a wonderful week (16.-23.9.2025) at the Linden-Palais, Magda and Peter from Vienna.

We have been here at the Linden-Palais for the 4th time, always in June. We would come again and again. Solely because of the accommodations, which have always been at a good level, as well as the Sea Fun Team, which always helps immediately when something is wrong in the apartment.

Right upon opening the door, you enter a beautiful, very well-maintained apartment that makes you want to have a nice vacation. Everything is available (dishes and cutlery, kettle, coffee machine, oven, etc.) as described in the brochure. The furnishings are of high quality, and everything works perfectly! We would gladly spend a vacation here again!

The apartment building "Linden-Palais" leaves hardly any wishes unfulfilled. The apartments are well-designed and - at least apartment No. 10 - stylishly furnished. They feature a terrace or balcony, some (on the 2nd floor) also with a view of the Baltic Sea just a few meters away. In addition to the apartment amenities, the private parking space in the underground garage, the bicycle storage room, and the coin-operated washing machines are comfortable. Moreover, the office of the company. Sea fun and a bistro in the house are available, giving the house a hotel-like character. A small kiosk, where, for example, rolls are available, would be desirable. Unfortunately, shopping options are lacking in Heiligendamm (aside from two boutiques), but one can adjust to that, and the tranquility is what makes this place special. "Bustle" can be found in the easily reachable places Kühlungsborn and Travemünde by bike. Shopping opportunities are sufficiently available in Bad Doberan. Newspapers are available at the Median Clinic.
