Wie die Male zuvor war die Wohnung pünktlich vorbereitet. Alle aktuellen Fragen wurden beantwortet bzw. zeitnah beantwortet. Ansonsten waren wir wieder sehr zufrieden, so wie gewohnt.

Eine sehr schöne kleine Wohnung mit kleiner Terasse. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Auch schön ruhig am waldesrand. Das ganze Objekt ist sehr schön.

Diese Wohnung eignet sich für Paare und auch für Hunde. Sie liegt im Erdgeschoss und hat eine überdachte Terrasse. Es ist für ein Frühstück alles vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir hatten einen tollen Kurztrip in Heiligendamm und können die Wohnung nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Alles ist sauber und alles was man benötigt, war vorhanden . Immer wieder gerne.

In Heiligendamm, unfortunately, there is no grocery store. By bike, you can easily reach other holiday resorts like Kühlungsborn or Börgerende-Rethwisch. Those who want peace and quiet are in the right place in Heiligendamm.

After 2017 (May), we were once again guests at the Linden-Palais in 2023 (September). The facility is in very good condition. Apartment 07 was handed over to us very clean. The friendly, competent, and helpful staff assisted us with any questions. The location of the Linden-Palais is only a few meters from the beach and the Baltic Sea. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary. The kitchen appliances (toaster, stove, coffee machine, etc.) are in very good (like new) condition. The terrace is very small and unfortunately not separated from the neighbors by a partition. We can highly recommend the Linden-Palais. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the perfect place.

I would recommend it to everyone. Perfect location, equipment is completely sufficient. A bit inconvenient in the narrow underground garage if you have a long car and there is a huge bus parked next to you. The only thing that personally bothered me was that the outdoor areas on the terrace were not separated by a small wall. This is the only reason for deducting 1 star.

The flat is fully equipped. Everything is new and well maintained. The shower room is very spacious. The house is equipped with a lift that also takes you to the underground garage. The flat with terrace faces the forest and is therefore completely quiet, apart from the rustling of the impressive trees and the chirping of birds. It is only a few metres to the beach. We will be very happy to come back!

The flat absolutely met our expectations. Everything we needed was there and even more: we had dishwasher tablets and dish towels with us, but they were available. And we liked the Schwanen Cafe in the house very much, great service!

I would recommend it to anyone. The location is perfect, the facilities are sufficient. The hotel is located in a quiet area with a nice view of the sea and the mountains. The only thing that bothered me personally was that the outdoor areas on the terrace were not separated by a small wall. This is the only reason for the 1 star deduction

The location of the Linden Palais is great, only one minute to the beach. Apparent 7 was well equipped in terms of furniture, but the kitchen was rather limited in terms of utensils. The stovetop had a crack, but this is probably being dealt with as damage. Cleanliness was OK on the surface, but not so on the cupboards or under the sofa. Nevertheless, a good facility and also a nice apartment. It was a pity that the café was closed during the autumn holidays and therefore no bread service was possible.

Good and quiet location. Clean and modern furnished apartment. Lighting in kitchen/living room too bright and not dimmable, therefore a little uncomfortable. An additional floor lamp for more atmosphere is desirable. Kitchen equipment scarce for guests who also cook themselves (e.g. no casserole dish, blender, bowls/bowls). Nice bathroom.

The flat is clean, modern and tastefully furnished. In our opinion, what was missing was an insect screen on the patio doors and better darkening of the bedrooms. But that is complaining on a high level :-). We were only disappointed with Heilgendamm itself, totally dead - during the day and in the evening! There is no bakery, no kiosk where you can buy a newspaper!
