Wer einen sehr ruhigen Urlaub abseits der Touristenströme verbringen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Leider war das Café geschlossen.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet und für 4 Personen ausreichend Platz. Die Lage ist sehr gut,paar Minuten uns schon ist man am Strand.

Wohnung ist super, einziges Mango das Bett,es quietscht bei jeder Drehung. Sonst Strand vor der Tür,Strandpunkt ist auch nicht weit entfernt,Spielplatz für die Kids ist auch gleich neben dem Gebäude.

Uns hat diese Wohnung gut gefallen. Die Einrichtung war modern. Die Eckbank im Küchenbereich ist sehr bequem gewesen. Mit den dazugehörigen Klappfahrrädern haben wir viel Spaß gehabt.

The apartment is very nice and tastefully furnished. Everything was clean and in perfect condition. The proximity to the beach is ideal. And if you feel like a delicious piece of cake and a nice coffee, you can treat yourself right on site at the café located in the building :-)

Basically a well-equipped rental apartment in a prime location. However, the vacuum cleaner, which is showing signs of age, is no longer suitable for dog hair. A microwave would be desirable. Otherwise, there is nothing to complain about.

A very nice apartment, especially the quiet building/apartment, the large underground parking space, and the beautiful location, can be considered excellent. However, some minor deficiencies should be addressed. It is not possible to darken the bedroom, which has been criticized by other tenants in recent years (guestbook), but unfortunately has not been changed. The kitchen equipment is partially lacking; there is no oven (heating up bread rolls is not possible and there is no bakery in Heiligendamm). The vacuum cleaner is a bad joke, this cheap product is noisy and with a 4m cable simply unbearable. Conclusion: The house, the apartment, and the location actually deserve 5 stars, but the described deficiencies should be rectified.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. The staff at Linden-Palais are very accommodating and nice. The location couldn't be better. Thanks to the parking possibility in the underground garage, we didn't have to worry about our car. The elevator made our arrival and departure incredibly easy.

In principle, a well-equipped rental flat in the very best location. However, the outdated hoover is no longer suitable for dog hair.
A microwave would be desirable. Otherwise there is nothing to complain about.

When you have lived on a North Sea island for 55 years, you can judge what makes a holiday home. Furnished with love and skill, we immediately felt at home. The lack of a curtain as a privacy screen was noticeable, but didn't bother us. The flat contributed to the fact that we could spend a successful short holiday in Heiligendamm. Thank you for a beautiful flat.

On our first visit in September 17 they were not yet there - the beautiful sliding curtains - which let the light through but still provide privacy. An enrichment for the anyway - for us - 2 persons with dog - quite generous flat. Everything you need for a self-catering holiday is available. The location is top to the other Baltic Sea resorts. And once again a thank you to the staff who take care of the reception and the cleaning of the rooms

This holiday flat leaves nothing to be desired. Everything has been thought of. Even bicycles. The location is really wonderful. Especially for dogs, the terrace is ideal. Absolutely recommendable. Large underground car park, caretaker service, well-kept grounds. Everything is wonderful.

Heiligendamm is a small town between Kühlungsborn and Bad Doberan. We liked it very much. The flat was modernly furnished and in very good condition. Underground parking, Wi-Fi and two folding bikes were included free of charge. The beach is only 50 metres from the building and is very nice. We will come again.

If you are looking for peace and quiet, you will find it here. Heiligendamm is a very relaxing place. The flat is only a few metres from the beach. We liked everything very much, thank you very much

Flat 2 in the Lindenpalais Heiligen Damm: TOP. Furnishing and view over the generously laid out terrace : TOP ! Distance to the beach- 50 mtr. : TOP! Even without a car, all nearby destinations can be reached by bicycle (2 available in the flat) or by bus or the Molli steam train: TOP! Reception and housekeeping : TOP! Underground car park with lift - no big lugging of luggage: TOP Simply a house that invites you to a holiday at the Baltic Sea!

However, some minor defects should be remedied.
The bedroom cannot be darkened, this has already been complained about by other tenants in recent years (guestbook), but unfortunately it has not been changed.
The kitchen equipment is partly poor, an oven is missing (baked rolls are not possible and there is no bakery in Heiligendamm). The hoover is a bad joke, this cheap product is noisy and with its 4m cable is simply an imposition.
Conclusion: The house, the flat and the location actually deserve 5 stars, but the described deficiencies should be remedied.

Flat is great, only mango is the bed, it squeaks with every turn.
Otherwise beach in front of the door,beach point is also not far away,playground for the kids is also right next to the building.

We spent a very nice holiday at the Baltic Sea in a very modern and neat holiday flat. Heiligendamm is a very quiet place. You can find a change of pace in Kühlungsborn. I can only recommend this region. It was my first time there, but definitely not the last.
