Our thatched house 1B Mariannenweg exceeded our expectations. In 2016, we were already your guests (different house). Our house this year was so well equipped that nothing was missing. We had a wonderful stay and are happy to recommend this holiday resort. A compliment to the owners who furnished the house. We have one small note. It's a pity that no bicycle was available for doing small shopping. Note to the tourist office: Since the holiday home is a bit further from the village center, it would be great if the tourist bus/bus line would stop nearby at shorter intervals and also later in the evening. It passes by the bus stop, but does not always stop.

Wagon, washing facilities, traffic-calmed residential area with individual orientation of the individual houses were very well received by us! We had a great week in this super-equipped holiday home. In the evenings, we often sat late into the night on the beautiful terrace, enjoying the peace and the view of the very well-kept and stylishly designed complex. Everything was just as depicted in the numerous photos. The kitchen equipment left nothing to be desired; everything was there: a high-quality Fissler pot set, great and numerous knives, and everything else you might need. The two bathrooms were also well equipped. The whole house was very clean and well-maintained. That's what makes a vacation really fun! The children had their own domain in the attic with a TV and felt very comfortable there. The terrace with the high-quality Kettler table set and two loungers was also very nice. Fortunately, there was a fly screen on the terrace door, as well as in the two bedrooms on the first floor and in the bathrooms. Since we were there in August and unfortunately there were a lot of wasps during the day, the grids were really worth their weight in gold. The cart was also very well received by our youngest. His creativity in finding reasons why he couldn't walk by himself and had to be in the cart knew no bounds. It is really difficult to find a point of criticism for this great house. Fly screens in the attic would still be very desirable, although this is probably not so easy to implement with the outward-opening windows. Due to the wasps, we always had to stand by and be careful while airing out. Fortunately, it wasn't so warm anymore, and the children could sleep with the window closed. And a little orientation in the kitchen during the move would have been good as well. We only discovered in the last few days how to extend the control panel of the hood or that the bottom of the corner cabinet can rotate. Well, but those are really just small things... We can absolutely recommend the house. And if possible, we would be very happy to come back :-)

We spent a week in the thatched house with 3 children and the grandparents (7 people) and are completely thrilled. The first impression was simply great. A beautifully designed complex with charming houses. We arrived with 2 cars and there was only one parking space designated for our house. However, this was not a problem, as we were able to organize an additional parking space. Upon entering the house, the cleanliness and modern decor were immediately noticeable. (I am very particular about cleanliness in vacation homes). The rooms were tastefully furnished, and we lacked for nothing. The attic was an ideal children's room for our girls (4 and 5 years old). The path to the beach was a stone's throw away, and there were plenty of shopping options (except for a drugstore). We would still like to mention a minor criticism: there is only one electric grill available, which doesn't make the grilled food quite as great. However, cleaning it afterwards was a huge mess. Perhaps a suitable container would help to avoid having to use the sink so much. But that's nitpicking at a very high level...

As dedicated Baltic Sea vacationers, we were drawn to Boltenhagen this year and were not disappointed. After a somewhat exhausting journey from the Rhine-Main area, we were warmly welcomed at the agency. The key handover and brief orientation took place without complications. The half of the house within a resort of about 15 newly built semi-detached houses is very comfortably furnished and equipped with pleasant underfloor heating in all rooms. The open living-dining area is generously designed. On the ground floor, there is also a cloakroom, a storage room with cleaning supplies, and a shower room. On the first upper floor, you will find 2 bedrooms, each with its own TV, a large full bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower, as well as a storage room with a washing machine. In the attic, there is a very nice loft with 3 beds and also its own TV. Thus, the house is well-suited for 4 adults and 3 children. Dishes are sufficiently available. In the front outdoor area, there is a garden shed with space for bicycles. Inside, you will also find drying racks, an electric grill, and a cart. The terrace is equipped with a high-quality Kettler seating set and a beach chair, as well as a bench for the little ones. The individual houses of this holiday resort are connected by a well-maintained lawn area. There is a privacy screen made of wooden blocks to the direct neighbor. At the resort entrance, there is a fenced playground. The only disadvantage perhaps - there is only one parking space available for the house, which is not located directly at the house. In the bedrooms, we would have wished for fly screens. The resort is located on the eastern outskirts of Boltenhagen, not far from the beach, in a very quiet area. An Edeka supermarket can be found about 1 km away. Right next to the supermarket is the Bistro Sommerlaune, which impresses with good gastronomy. Highly recommended is the "Cafe Toka" around the corner with homemade cakes and pastries. Also recommended is the fish restaurant "Blinkfür," which is also within walking distance. The center of Boltenhagen can be reached after about 2 km. The center with spa park, gastronomy, and shopping mile is really nicely designed. Due to its location between Lübeck (about 30 km) and Wismar (about 20 km), a trip to the Hanseatic cities is worthwhile. Also worth seeing is the nearby town of Klütz with Schloss Bothmer. All in all, we spent wonderful vacation days here, where we lacked nothing. We can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation.

We found it very nice that there were additional items in the shed, such as beach tents, wagons, etc. We didn't really notice/know that before. A small point of criticism or suggestion for improvement would be that, especially for a family and possibly also in wet weather, a dryer is missing.

We enjoyed our vacation to the fullest. It was a holiday with plenty of sun, beach, sea air, and a great holiday home to feel comfortable in. The location was ideal for us. It's just a shame that when arriving with two cars, there are additional parking fees, as only one parking space is included. Tip: Use the parking lot "Mariannenweg" and park there for a week for 35 euros. Leaving the parking lot in between is not a problem.

A clean holiday home with everything needed for a vacation. Beach chairs and garden furniture are also available, but we couldn't use them in the fall. Boltenhagen is a worthwhile holiday destination (it is not so crowded outside of vacation times). Particularly noticeable are the absence of large hotel buildings visible from the beach, as seen in other holiday destinations. Lübeck, Wismar, and the Star Wars Museum are easily accessible.

The house is very well-suited, for example, for a multi-generational family holiday, is well-maintained and fairly well-equipped (e.g., living room + 3 bedrooms, all with their own TV, stroller, toy, or bicycle storage shed, washing machine + dryer). It is located very quietly in a well-kept, generously designed facility; it's just a pity that it is somewhat far from the town center and there is little dining options in the immediate vicinity, but the clean and quiet beach is quite close by. Overall, really quite okay and worth recommending.

Whether it’s the underfloor heating, the good mattresses, the high-quality pots, the built-in microwave, the extra quiet dishwasher, or the many decorative items on each floor... you feel at home. The short distance to the beach (kilometer-long sandy beach with a new beach pier, accessible for wheelchair users and strollers via multiple ramps) makes the stay perfect.

Overall, it was a very nice vacation in a beautiful environment! The cozy and modernly furnished house also contributed to this! Modern bathrooms, a beautiful terrace, and a TV in every room testify to a rather luxurious ambiance that justifies the price! We felt very comfortable and would gladly come back! The amenities in the kitchen area and for children left nothing to be desired! A downside: we arrived with two cars, and in a house for six adults, one would expect at least two parking spaces! There is a parking lot nearby, but you have to pay six euros a day, which totals 60 euros for a ten-day stay! Given that we already paid a tourist tax, free parking spaces would be appropriate and expected! Otherwise, we had a great stay in a lovely atmosphere!

We were now for the second time in a holiday home on Mariannenweg and were again very satisfied! The whole complex and the houses are really great, very well equipped and with plenty of space. Since the complex is a bit away from the town center, it is definitely advisable to bring or rent bikes if you don't want to use the car all the time or walk far. The beach is easily accessible and beautiful. Even though the place was supposedly fully booked, it was never overcrowded at the beach, and there was always a spot to be found. In the evenings, we often rode our bikes along the promenade towards the pier or in the other direction to the harbor in Tarnewitz. Conclusion: we will come back!

Despite repeated bookings within this facility in the off-season, we were once again denied a second parking space, even though several spots were free. When such large properties are rented out, this should definitely not be an issue in the off-season - very inflexible and actually unreasonable. I found the courtesy of allowing us to extend our departure by an hour to be very pleasant, of course.
