We felt absolutely comfortable in the semi-detached house. The complex is somewhat away from the pier, but the beach is easily reachable on foot. The residential complex consists of several beautiful thatched houses. The complex is very well maintained. There is nothing to criticize about the furnishings and equipment of the house.

We were on site for 6 days with a family friend. In total, 7 people (4 adults and 3 children) lived in the house during this time. A nice layout of the rooms as well as the cleanliness of the house is recommended. We would recommend the accommodation and would also rent it again for our own use if needed. There cannot be a better rating.

Upon arrival, the keys were handed to us at the administration office. The staff were friendly and accommodating. One could immediately sense that the well-being of the guests was very important to everyone involved. A small reception issue was also promptly resolved by a television technician outside of normal business hours. The house itself was modern yet comfortably furnished. Even an infrared sauna invited relaxation. The bright and tastefully designed kitchen featured a dishwasher, microwave, and even an induction stove. But the kitchen tools in the drawers were also of high quality, and the knives were sharp. This is not found everywhere. All bedrooms had a TV. Conclusion: A representative new thatched-roof house with high-quality modern furnishings in a perfect, clean, and like-new condition. The friendly and competent team from NORDIC was always available and also provided valuable tips on regional and bike-accessible tourist attractions. All in all, a wonderful vacation in a friendly and safe environment. A heartfelt thanks to all involved.

We were almost 3 weeks in Boltenhagen! Actually, we are not vacationers for 3 weeks, but we would have liked to stay longer in this beautiful house. Unfortunately, we had obligations at home!! It was the complete feel-good package. No wish was left unfulfilled, and we enjoyed the vacation to the fullest. We brought our bikes and made great tours. We will definitely come back, dear family Reiners! That's a promise!

For 30 years, my family has gone to Boltenhagen once a year. Four years ago, we came across the houses on Mariannenweg and will continue to stick with them in the future. The houses are perfect for up to 6 people, dog-friendly, with good amenities, very well-maintained grounds, and an excellent location to the beach. Every time I am asked if I would recommend the accommodation, I would prefer to say: No, I'm not crazy, then it might not be available for us next year!

Overall: very good. One morning there was no hot water for showering. Wi-Fi was occasionally unstable. Therefore, 1 star deduction for price/performance.

It is just a short way to the beach. The reed-thatched house is a eye-catcher and modernly furnished. The infrared sauna was an added bonus. We would recommend it at any time.

Looking at a beautiful house with great amenities. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. The house is very nicely furnished and well-maintained. The facility is really great. Only the garden shed could be a bit tidier. Then the cushions for the garden chairs, etc. could be stored in there. Instead, they were leaned against the chair in the living room. Compared to the other houses, the electric grill in house 13a was unfortunately worse. We were envious when we saw the nice grills at the neighboring houses. This one should possibly be replaced. Unfortunately, we didn't find a hairdryer. However, there was one in the neighboring house 13b. Still, we give 5 out of 5 stars. We really liked it a lot.
