We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The house is modern, clean, and comfortably furnished. Close to the beach, also easily reachable on foot with children. We would love to come back.

The house is equipped with everything you need. Everything is in perfect condition, and you feel at home right away. Unfortunately, there is only one parking space for the size of the houses; otherwise, everything fits.

A beautiful thatched-roof house in a good location (about 5 to 10 minutes on foot to the beach). The furnishings were okay (however, we had very few regular drinking glasses) and as described. An electric grill was also provided by the owner shortly before our departure. However, there is only one parking space, which I do not find optimal for a holiday home for 6 people, especially since we were there with 2 families. There is a public parking lot (6€ per day) right next to the holiday resort; however, if the beach weather is good, it can happen that it is fully occupied, and you then have to resort to parking lots located further away.

The overall facility deserves the highest praise because the houses are not too close together and the individual terraces are protected from neighbors. The beach volleyball court is excellent. The path to the Baltic Sea is short. Additionally, there is this enchanting environment. I found a great circular route for jogging through the Boltenhagen "primeval forest." Since the weather was almost exclusively sunny - contrary to all expectations in June - we had a wonderful time relaxing.

A very beautiful and well-equipped house. You feel comfortable right away. Clean and tidy. Friendly, helpful staff in the office. We had requested a second pan for 6 people. Furthermore, insect screens would be very recommended. Overall, a dream accommodation for a great vacation.

The best accommodation we had since we started going to the Baltic Sea fifteen years ago. Not a standard 5-star rating but truly EXEMPLARY and RECOMMENDABLE! The price was more than reasonable, and everything else is right. The distance to walk to the beach is about 600 meters, and this distance was fine for us.

Very beautiful holiday home complex with a fairly short path to a wonderful flat beach, making it very child-friendly. Since it is somewhat away from the center, there is no overcrowding at the beach. Holiday homes are very nicely furnished, equipped, and functional.

We were on site with our 2 children (2.5 and 6 years old) outside of the holiday season and it was beautiful. The staff was always friendly and helpful, the facility was very well maintained, and the houses were clean. The beach was quickly reachable on foot with a cart (available on site). We will definitely come back here and can only recommend this holiday home.

The house was well-suited for 6 people due to its size and spacious rooms. Cutlery and dishes, as well as pots, were sufficiently available. The terrace with seating was also adequate for everyone. We enjoyed the quiet location on the outskirts of Boltenhagen and the proximity to the beach.

Arrival and orientation were perfectly organized. We were here as a couple and felt very comfortable in this semi-detached house, and we frequently walked to the pier and into town from here. The house was clean, and the furnishings leave nothing to be desired. There are many places to retreat to due to the rooms spread over three floors. The immediate living environment is quiet, and the terrace is nicely 'overgrown.' We would book again at any time!

Unfortunately, only one parking space is available for this house. With 6 beds, typically a second vehicle is required for arrival. The second vehicle must then be parked in a public and paid parking lot.
