We had, just like last year, a completely successful vacation in the beautiful Boltenhagen and have already booked our next stay on Mariannenweg for next summer... this time even for two weeks. We simply think the holiday homes are great, we were now in Mariannenweg for the second year and were thrilled with the houses and the facility both years. Quietly located, the houses are top-notch equipped. Everyone was excited... what more could you want?!

We felt very comfortable, the house has everything you need. The sauna is great, and since the house is on the edge of the holiday home settlement, it is very quiet and you can enjoy the wide view of the fields.

3 televisions, free WLAN with good connection, kitchen perfectly equipped. Everything still looks super new. On-site service friendly and competent. Short distances to the dog beach (unfortunately often small children there - probably due to mother/father and child clinic - didn’t always want to let the dog run free), supermarket Netto and Edeka about 1 km away. Bread rolls a bit closer at the organic store. A bit further to walk to Boltenhagen center (about 2.5 km). A trip to Wismar is definitely worth it. Favorite restaurant Boltenhagen: Fish restaurant Blinkfuer (would go again anytime - we were there 3 times). Delicious cakes are available at Cafe TOKA. We also enjoyed using the sauna very much (costs 5 euros per usage day plus a one-time cleaning fee of 10 euros). CONCLUSION: We can recommend the house 100%. . . . . . . super wide parking lot for house 11b. Plus another regular parking lot available.

Very clean, very tidy, furnishings and equipment top-notch, everything present and well thought out down to the smallest detail. Everything you need in a holiday home (and much more) was available and well-maintained. Only problem: The internet access (all devices of all people) was only usable on the first day; for the remaining three days, hardly any bits were coming in or out. I reported it to the management by phone. Unfortunately, no feedback was received and no improvement occurred.

My 5 (critical) girlfriends and I were all excited about this house, which leaves no wishes unfulfilled. The only complaint is the lack of hooks in the bathrooms once again. Otherwise, really only to be recommended!

We (2 adults + 1 dog) spent 12 dreamy days in the beautiful holiday home for the umpteenth time over Easter. The house is very tastefully and high-quality furnished (solid wood furniture), and we felt very comfortable even during Easter 2018. The 20 semi-detached houses are extremely generously distributed in the car-free, beautifully landscaped complex. Unfortunately, there were some "illegal parkers" this year who parked in the complex not just for unloading. Right next to the facility, there is a nice walking path (a dog waste bag dispenser would certainly be a good idea for the benefit of everyone!). It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the beach. Unfortunately, the beach was not cleared of the stinking algae this year, so the daily beach (walking) rounds resembled an obstacle course, which also brought with it a very distinct fishy smell. The Cafe Toka with delicious homemade cakes is just around the corner, and you can also get fresh rolls on Sundays at Lila in Edeka, about 800 m away. Parking in Boltenhagen is still very expensive and costs about 2 to 3 euros per hour. The house is truly a dream, and we can only highly recommend it. The price-performance ratio during our travel time is absolutely fine. Unfortunately, we didn't have much luck with the weather this year, but we still had a wonderful time relaxing. Maybe next year it will work out again with a sunny vacation at the thatched house at Mariannenweg 11b?!

Everything the heart desires was there - from cooking utensils to Tupperware to the 2 hairdryers. Even the dish towels are included in the laundry package. We also thought the wagon was great (Tip: Feel free to include this in the house description). We enjoyed the peace and quiet. It's not far to the beach, and it's very beautiful. We had a perfect vacation and are already looking forward to the next time. Thank you.

The half of the house was high-quality and perfectly equipped. Due to the loose development, you never feel like you are sitting on the terrace with all the neighbors. The beach can be reached in about 10 minutes. This thatched roof complex is beautiful, small but very fine. It is also very good that the cars are parked separately; it is just a short walk to the shared parking lot. This way, small children can run around without having to watch out for cars. We wish that all guests love this house and treat the furnishings with care. We would gladly come back.

The house is tastefully and high-quality furnished (solid wood furniture) and we felt very comfortable from the first minute. The 20 semi-detached houses are very generously distributed in the car-free, beautifully landscaped complex. During our stay, we were even able to use the beach basket on the terrace several times and eat outside. The sauna in the separate garden house costs 5.00 € per day and 10.00 € for final cleaning (key deposit 35.00 €). It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the beach, there is a nice walking path right next to the facility, and the Cafe Toka with delicious homemade cakes is also just around the corner. Fresh rolls can be obtained from Lila at Edeka, about 800 m away. We would definitely take the bicycles on our next stay, as there are parking meters set up everywhere in Boltenhagen and an hour costs 2.00 €. Boltenhagen itself is a nice, small, quiet place. Wismar is also worth a visit and about 40 minutes away. We would love to come back :-)

The summer vacation is supposed to be the best time of the year, and what can I say, it was. We hadn't had such a great accommodation in a long time. Everything is very tastefully decorated with a lot of attention to detail. Everything was thought of to provide the vacationers with a nice time. A wagon helped us with transporting our luggage and was a great pack animal for storing the essentials for a nice day at the beach. Thus, no one had to carry heavy loads. The sun was also very good to us. The beach is beautifully clean and there are plenty of excursion options. By ferry to Travemünde, by car to Wismar, not to forget the small shops, farm stores, and the many restaurants. You can eat well everywhere. The restaurant Sommerlaune right next to the Edeka market is highly recommended, a must for all fish fans. The Nordic team was very polite and accommodating. Thank you for the lovely days. We really enjoyed it. We will definitely come back.

Dad Reethaus 11b is very conveniently located in the back part of the complex; from the terrace, there is no one opposite except for a beautiful meadow with some trees at the end of the property, under which one can sit wonderfully in the shade. The house is very nicely and tastefully decorated, but it is not entirely optimal for 6 older adults. 2 bedrooms are located on the first floor and are well-equipped, the 3rd bedroom is on the second floor. Stock under the gable is actually a children's room with three simple smaller beds, no closet, mirror, television, and you have to go down one flight of stairs to the bathroom at night. It's also not really accessible for the disabled, which we unfortunately didn't pay much attention to. A disadvantage is the bedroom facing the terraces. There were young, very nice people next to us who talked on the terrace until morning, which understandably can't always be completely quiet, despite attempts at consideration and soft music. In any case, it was positive that there was a "shed" for bicycles, which contained an electric grill and a cart for the trip to the beach. All in all, it was a nice week and we felt comfortable, especially since the staff at the reception were very friendly, attentive, and accommodating both before and even after our departure.

Our expectations were met 100%. The location is beautifully quiet, right by the nature reserve. Nevertheless, you can reach the beach and the town in just a few minutes on foot. The houses are not too close together and are surrounded by a spacious and well-maintained garden. The support on site is excellent, a very friendly and competent team! The house is very well furnished; we really lacked nothing. It was also very clean. We will come back!

We lacked nothing in the furnishings, the weather was great.. peace [&] quality of life... Perhaps a small note about the living room lamp, it could hang a little lower over the table, and on the first floor, there could be a small lamp in addition to the ceiling lamp... We would love to come back..

Hello Nordic team, we were able to spend another wonderful two weeks at Marianenweg. For the third time, we are in the Reethaus at Marianenweg 11b and are pleased that our predecessors have taken very good care of everything. We were worried that in a few years it wouldn’t look as good, but it is still the same as in the first year. We were among the first to stay in the house in 2016, all amenities are very high-end and very costly to acquire. Quality is clearly prioritized here. In the meantime, these feel-good oases are also expected on vacation. It is important to us to arrive at the vacation spot without having to get used to everything. This is the case here on Mariannenweg. We knew in the first year that we would be repeat visitors. Advantage: great accommodation, two parking spaces, close to the beach, and for dog owners, short distances for the four-legged friends to endless walking paths and 10 minutes to the dog beach. We were at the resort on Mariannenweg for the tenth time and had various houses, but this time we had house 11b. The house has a unique, quiet location on the edge of the resort. The furnishings of the house are very good (which is also true for all the houses we had booked in the resort so far). The best part is that we were able to observe Master Rabbit with his wife and a deer several times in the morning, about twenty meters from the house. We can only further recommend the holiday village on Mariannenweg (Nordic in Boltenhagen). Elke and Klaus Enderling PS. Since the 11b was no longer available during our period in 2025, we booked the 11a and hope that the Hase family and Bambi will visit us there as well.
