The furnishings and decor of the holiday home are impressive. It is noticeable that thought was put into the selection of furniture and decoration. The house is both modern and very cozy. Particularly noteworthy is the available sauna and the comfortable beds. No expense was spared on the size of the television. The spacious kitchen with a cooking island is also very nice. This way, several people could work on a delicious meal at the same time without getting in each other's way. The house and the entire facility were very clean. We were already in the house for the second time and will come back at least a third time.

Bringing your own bed linen is very helpful.

Everything is wonderful. Great house, super-great surroundings (garden + entire facility), you can quickly get to the sea, you can quickly reach Boltenhagen by bike, you can spend very relaxing days. The only small downside (only in bad weather): there is no fireplace.

We were at Mariannenweg for the second time. But in a different house. And again it was a very nice house, which we had also expected. The high expectations were even exceeded in some respects, as there were surprisingly 2 bicycles in the storage shed that we were allowed to use (but we had our own bikes with us). There was almost nothing to complain about. What we missed or couldn't find were a shoehorn and breakfast boards. If that's all! We will definitely come back!!

The house was ideal for us (child, parents, grandparents) with plenty of space and great amenities. The two bicycles in the shed were very practical, as it is a bit far to walk to the shops or the pier. It takes some getting used to that you have to make the beds yourself and even empty the dishwasher upon departure.

We spent 13 days in this very beautiful house. The house was spotless when we arrived. The support from Nordic was extremely professional and friendly, which was particularly important when the induction cooktop failed. What we especially liked: the central, lockable waste collection point and the regulation for parking cars. This way, there was a pleasant atmosphere in the settlement during our stay without the noise of cars coming and going. The tenants were, as far as we could judge, all very disciplined in this regard. Due to the upcoming holiday on October 3rd, the noise level unfortunately increased significantly at the end: bachelor and bachelorette groups "literally invaded" various houses in the vicinity of 10b. So anyone looking for peace should avoid such seasonal times :)

We were in this remarkably beautiful house for 3 weeks in terrible weather. Snowstorm at the Baltic Sea... only then do you realize how important it can be to have chosen accommodation that allows you to endure such weather caprices in complete calm. Here you can tell that the owners enjoyed furnishing the house. Patterns in color and shape run through the entire house from top to bottom, which are well thought out and selected with skill and taste. The kitchen is equipped in a way that I have not experienced in a holiday home/apartment before. Here, one could (if one wishes) run a cooking school. There is no cheap junk or discarded stuff from the deceased grandmother. Everything is impeccably clean... seemingly unused and from the very beginning of above-average quality. For those (like us) who think about bringing a waffle maker... not necessary... even that is available. In short... Fate can really hit you harder ;-))

We spent an extended weekend at Mariannenweg 10 b and were very impressed by the beautiful, clean facility and the great thatched house. Upon arrival, we were already glad that we chose this property. We had 2 parking spaces available. Since we arrived with two cars, no one had to search for a parking spot, as the parking situation on-site is very limited. House 10 b is located further back in the holiday village, allowing for undisturbed sitting on the terrace. Additionally, it is very tastefully and qualitatively furnished. With 125 sqm of living space, it is one of the few large thatched houses (for the same price!). The spacious living area with kitchen and dining corner has provided us with cozy evenings. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The 3 bedrooms were also very spacious, and there were enough closets and dressers to store the clothes. After long walks, we also enjoyed the sauna. We recovered wonderfully and felt comfortable from the very first moment. We would love to come back...

The first impression when you enter the residential area is beautiful. Everything is freshly laid out, and the houses all have thatched roofs and exhibit very nice, North German architecture. I was blown away. The entire complex is very clean and well-maintained. You can always see cleaning staff or gardeners somewhere. About the house itself: The furnishings, such as furniture and technology, are of extremely high quality. I emphasize this in every way! We were thrilled. The materials used, such as floors or tiles, were also very high quality. There were three televisions. The one in the living room was huge and a delight for any football viewer. There is also a huge electric grill with wheels in the shed. I had never seen anything like it before. It resembles a Weber model. Unfortunately, suitable plastic plates for small children were missing. However, the matching cups from a Swedish furniture store were there. The house is very child-friendly. No corners or edges. No trip hazards. Leather sofa... can be cleaned easily and is therefore likely very durable. The location is a bit further off the beaten path than we are used to. However, you are at the sea or at Edeka (where you can also get rolls in the morning) after about 500 m. By the way, the shortest way to the sea is along the main road to the right. The city center, on the other hand, is a bit far. I estimate about 1.5 km. The house and the location (our terrace faced the settlement boundary towards fields and woods) make up for everything!!! We would definitely come back.

Dear Nordic Team, we spontaneously decided to plan a short vacation and came across this dreamy thatched-roof house. To put it briefly, everything was top-notch, the kitchen, the furniture, the inventory, everything was there, all very stylishly furnished, someone had taste :) The location directly at the nature reserve was dreamy, the view from the living room window was lovely, the landscape around the house was gently undulating, behind it a landscaped pond, very nicely integrated into the nature reserve. A wonderful new holiday home complex has been established in Boltenhagen. Great outdoor facilities, cuddly soft grass. The house is very well furnished. We lacked nothing there. Completely furnished from the bedroom to the kitchen. Really stylish and tasteful. The extra bonus was 2 bicycles, a cart, and 2 great lounge chairs.

The house is truly a dream. Lovingly furnished with very high-quality furniture, starting from the kitchen and ending with the terrace furniture. Everything is a dream; we have never had such a well-equipped holiday home. Two bicycles and a wagon are also included, so the slightly longer distances are not a problem. The beach in Boltenhagen is beautiful and reachable on foot in 5 to 10 minutes. The terrace has a southwest and east orientation. Additionally, there is a beach chair and a sun umbrella, an electric grill is also included. A small downside: Only half of the houses are finished, so unfortunately there is still some construction on one side. However, it didn't bother us because our view went back into the greenery. We were very satisfied!

The holiday village is so highly recommended that we have now booked for the 5th time in different houses. It is very nice and quiet, and not far from the beach. This house is overall excellently equipped and lovingly furnished - you feel at home and very comfortable. Some small things show signs of years of use. For example, the frying utensils and the frying pan were unusable - but they were replaced by the service on the same day as the complaint. We will definitely come back next year.

We have already been to the houses on Mariannenweg very often. We really like it there overall. However, in terms of the location of the house, there are better ones that offer a beautiful view of the rainforest.

All in all, a very good and modern accommodation, but if you have a baby, it is not entirely recommendable. There is enough space so that you can move around well, and even the stroller had space. But be careful if you order the high chair - it is a brand product, but not suitable for smaller children and cumbersome to handle. Furthermore, there is no changing table or changing pad in the bathroom, so a desk had to be used. Fortunately, I brought the changing mat. The path to the beach is short. There is a cart, and bicycles are available for quick shopping. For longer distances, your own bike is advisable.

We felt extremely comfortable during our vacation because the house offers more than we have experienced in other holiday homes. The very harmonious decor significantly contributed to our well-being, and the perfectly equipped kitchen left no wishes unfulfilled for us as enthusiastic amateur cooks. We were able to make great use of the bicycles, and we are grateful that they were provided. We are definitely planning another vacation in this house!
