We felt very comfortable. The facility is beautiful. Especially positive: the car-free environment on the premises. The house is very well furnished, especially with enough dishes and cutlery for us as a family of five. We were also able to use the sauna well. The location of the house in the facility offered a high degree of privacy, even on the terrace. In other houses, you sit more on the "display platter." We would love to come back.

It is worth booking with quality in mind, even if it is a bit more expensive. The overall assessment is therefore positive. However, the dirty condition of the grill, the mediocre vacuum cleaner, and the additional costs for a possible second car are to be criticized.

The accommodation and the location of the holiday house are very good. We traveled as a family with a dog. The location to the dog beach is optimal. The holiday house is very tastefully furnished and everything was available to enjoy the vacation. The facility is very well maintained and clean.

We and everyone else who stayed in the apartment with us over New Year's were very satisfied with the apartment and the entire equipment. The location of the houses is very good and it is a quiet environment. The distance to shopping facilities was also acceptable. We all said that we would like to vacation in these apartments again. The only disadvantage we noticed was the keys for the apartment; they were quite difficult to insert into the lock. I think they were not sufficiently deburred.

We spent a weekend at Mariannenweg 15a. There were five of us, and the house is very spacious. We were able to cook wonderfully in the open kitchen. Everything was very new, and we felt very comfortable. The sauna is great! It’s only a few minutes to the beach or the harbor. This house is also recommended in winter or autumn.

The beach is very nice and easily accessible on foot. For questions, you can always contact the friendly staff in the office. All in all, a very nice vacation in a dream house. Everything just fits here!!! (small tip: The Pizzeria Amarone in Boltenhagen is highly recommended)

Contractually, the use of the sauna was included. On-site, we had to find out that the sauna was locked and we would only have gained access if we had paid 10.00 € for each use and for the final cleaning.

The house is very nicely situated quietly with a view of greenery. The house is not noisy. In just a few minutes, you can reach the bakery and supermarket by bike. The windows were dirty upon arrival and were cleaned within a few days after inquiry. Overall, the service is very good. Thank you very much for the great stay.
