A new and well-equipped semi-detached house with all the comforts for a pleasant stay. We spent a few days here with 3 families. Even a sauna in the outbuilding could be used for a small fee. The location is ideal, about 400 meters from the Baltic Sea beach and directly by a pond and the adjacent meadow property. The semi-detached house complex is well-designed and has a village character. The administration is located directly at the residential complex, is open daily, and promptly resolves any issues that may arise. We would gladly return and recommend the house.

The holiday home is super equipped. We were there with 5 adults and 2 children, there was enough space and plenty of toys for the children ... especially the giant Lego box pleased the kids ... the entire facility is very well maintained .... we had a defective electric grill and received a new one after a few days .... thanks to the team that worked hard to solve the problem with the defective grill .... it was a wonderful vacation ....

The distance to the center is about one kilometer, so the provided bicycles are advantageous. The equipment is good to very good. We missed cushions for the garden chairs.

We were 5 people in this great holiday home: my husband, our son, my parents, and I. For us, the layout of this house was ideal: my parents had their own domain under the roof, and we slept with our three-year-old son on the first floor. The house is beautifully furnished, stylishly decorated, and of high quality. Many little things make the house excellent: The TVs in the "adult bedrooms" as well as the one in the living room are modern and perfectly sized. In the children's room, there is a large Lego box that our son loved. The built-in radio in the large bathroom. The complete kitchen equipment. The things in the bike shed (one can hardly call it a "shed") like gas grill, wagon, bicycles, etc. We were also impressed by the great sound insulation in the house. We couldn't hear the TV running upstairs one floor down with the door closed. The stairs don't creak. We didn't hear anything from the neighbors - wonderful! Unfortunately, noise is often omnipresent in holiday homes or apartments. Here it is wonderfully quiet. Looking at the small pond from the beach chair, a cup of tea... simply relaxing! So we will definitely come back!!!

The equipment was very good, only the faucet in the kitchen was very loose (we reported it, but unfortunately it was not repaired). The room at the top is not bad. The wardrobe looks great, but you can't hang anything up and there's no place to put anything in the room either. A chair or something similar is missing. I also find the sofa too small for 6 adults (maybe it's a matter of opinion). Nevertheless, we felt comfortable. We were already here for the 2nd time this year and are thrilled. Tasteful, high-quality, and very extensive furnishings. Very nice location with a view from the living room and the terrace into the greenery. A separate workspace. Sufficient internet for video conferences and/or Netflix. We removed the new mattress topper from one bed and the mattress was already firmer. With the two bicycles, we could comfortably ride to the street food festival at the pier and to the beach. We parked our cars in the two on-site parking spaces. This is how I imagine a vacation: relaxed and varied in a beautiful and quiet environment. We will come back and thank the nice team at Nordic for the uncomplicated handling.

Beautiful thatched holiday home in a small well-maintained complex just 5 minutes from the beach! We were six people for a week in this really well-equipped holiday home. There was really nothing missing here. The kitchen equipment is sensational, great pots, very good pans in different sizes, our grandson loved the huge Duplo box! Nice bathrooms with spacious walk-in showers! Then not only a beach chair on our terrace, but also a private beach chair on the beach that we could use wonderfully. Then with a sauna, as well as a garden shed with great accessories, two bicycles, one of which even had a child seat! A really large electric grill, various play equipment, as well as a great wagon! We felt very, very comfortable right away and almost like at home! Since the house is a spacious semi-detached house, you can also rent two adjacent semi-detached houses here and really have a great vacation with a large family of up to 12 people! Additionally, we had "fantastic weather"! I am sure we will come back!

We lived in the house as a family with 2 children (1 baby, 1 toddler) plus grandma and aunt and found something for every age. The equipment is great. From the changing table to the toilet seat to the Lego Duplo box - everything is available. A whole cabinet full of games and books would have also pleased older children. Mom was happy about the good kitchen equipment and the possibility to keep everything clean and even do the laundry. Dad loved the electric grill and the cart. All in all, we were really convinced by the furnishings of the house. The house is also very lovingly designed, from the furniture to the decor, everything is harmonious and you feel comfortable right away. It certainly wasn't our last vacation here. I deducted one star for the location, as the center was quite a distance away. However, since bicycles are even available, it is easily manageable. Unfortunately, we couldn't use that yet because of the youngest family member.

The only thing we missed was a flower vase and an egg piercer. We repurposed a large glass and an egg piercer is now in the drawer. We will come back. We felt at home here.

One drawback is the extractor hood, which was presumably installed by Gimli, and the pleated shades, which are too prone to disturbances for a rental property.
