This is now the 5th time we have been in Boltenhagen and we have rented from Nordic 3 times and would always rent here again. You know who to turn to and what you get. Everything great.

The apartment was nice except the sofa bed was a disaster, I slept very poorly, they should put in a decent one. Otherwise really great, especially being so close to the sea. And in the bathroom, we didn't notice any ventilation. Otherwise, everything was nice. I wouldn't unfortunately recommend it to friends because of the sleeping situation, otherwise yes. But there are still apartments next door.

Everything was great. We felt very comfortable and will come back. Except for the sofa, which could be replaced; it is already quite worn out. We mentioned that during the key handover. The location alone is unbeatable, right on the promenade.

We had a relaxing vacation thanks to the small but purposefully and cleanly furnished apartment. The beach proximity is great. Shopping options are right on site. One area for improvement would be the bed in the apartment. Since it is a sofa bed, you have to make some small compromises, which are offset by the fact that the furnishings meet all wishes. Additionally, the contacts on site are very nice and helpful. We had an all-around beautiful vacation. Thank you to the entire team that made this possible.

The comfort is as expected, the location unbeatable, the equipment is a minus (coffee machine takes honestly 17 minutes for about 8 cups, no oven, the shower entrance is too high and very slippery), I don't want to be mean but the price is too high. We were there last year in September. We brought our dog and the apartment is simply perfect for a short vacation. Everything clean and everything you need. Wonderful, we are coming back this year.

Friendly furnished small 1-room apartment, ideal for max. 2 persons. The bathroom is spacious, and there is a small terrace right in front of the door. The sofa bed serves its purpose but is very "squeaky." After a longer stay, the back will definitely protest at some point. Short walk to the beach, about 1 minute, and the beach chair rental is also right in front of the door. Edeka is about 5 minutes away.

The accommodation is ideally located just steps away from the beach. Grocery store and bike rental are a few minutes' walk away. We had good weather, for which the small accommodation is perfect since we spent most of our time outdoors and did a lot. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. There's nothing to complain about. Everything was clean and tidy. As daily self-caterers, we found the kitchen and dining area too small/crowded with little storage space for groceries. A oven is not available. We will book a larger apartment with a separate bedroom and larger kitchen next time. For those who eat out a lot or only use the kitchen for breakfast, it is sufficient.

The apartment is very well equipped. The sofa bed is great as well; we have had different experiences in this regard. The proximity to the beach is also very advantageous, as is the possibility to relax in front of the apartment. Holidaying with Nordic is indeed fun. We would love to come back.

We have been to House Krabbe before, but in the new building. We rate this one much higher because the standard is simply better. Apartment No. 2 was our domicile for a weekend and was good for that. We wouldn't want to sleep on the fold-out couch for a week. We are probably too tall for that ;-). The couch looks good at first, but is not very comfortable. There also needs to be some vacuuming done behind it. One more tip, dear Nordic team: the faucet in the bathroom is calcified. Otherwise, the service from Nordic is great, and we are happy to return to Boltenhagen.
