We had 2 overnight stays in Villa Krabbe, apartment 7. This apartment is located directly under the roof with a view of the Baltic Sea, is super cozy, and really modern and beautifully furnished. Dishes are sufficiently available as well as pots and pans. There was a small welcome package with a sponge, dish soap, etc., which we found very considerate. The sofa bed is very comfortable. They were very accommodating regarding the key handover. The apartment is really located directly on the beach and the supermarket with bakery is only a maximum of 250 m away. We had 3 wonderful days and would love to book again!

We had a great stay at Krabbe 7. The available amenities were completely sufficient and the location of the holiday apartment was perfect. We could quickly reach the city center (also on foot) and had a shopping opportunity right at the door. We only have a few small comments: 1. The parking spaces are quite tight. Since we have a rather long car, parking in and out was a bit difficult. 2. The ascent to the apartment is also very steep and narrow. For us young people, it wasn't really a problem, although it was a bit cumbersome with a baby seat. However, the stairs could really become a problem, especially for older people. A note about this in the property description would be nice. Otherwise, the support from Nordic was great, and we were even allowed to check into the accommodation a bit earlier. That was really great, as we had traveled with a baby. We would love to come back.

Apartment 7 is under the roof on the 2nd floor. It is perfect for a short vacation. The stairs from the first to the second floor are a bit narrow. So please, not too much luggage ;-)

The equipment and cleanliness are great. The view of the Baltic Sea and the proximity to the beach are particularly noteworthy. The apartment is excellent for a short vacation. Only the transport of heavy and bulky luggage to the 2nd floor is somewhat problematic due to the narrow staircase.

It was great days at the beach in Boltenhagen. I booked at short notice and was very positively surprised. A very cozy, nicely furnished small apartment with a view of the sea and a great location. One must note that you should not have mobility issues. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and the stairs are narrow. I can still recommend this apartment.

I can only recommend booking through NORDIC. Everything was handled optimally and friendly. The location of the house - directly on the beach - is of course absolutely top-notch. The apartment meets all the requirements for a single traveler (like I was). In particular, cleanliness and the overall condition are positively noteworthy. Only the bathtub does not have a shower partition. A bathtub attachment should be retrofitted to facilitate showering (without flooding the bath).

The apartment is partly very cozy. Since one spends more time in the apartment in winter, the seating options are somewhat unusual. At our age (70+), one needs it to be a bit more comfortable. The staircase leading to the apartment is also very narrow. There would have been problems with a large suitcase. The apartment is better suited for young people; one just needs to know that. A big plus is the great location.

We had a charming little apartment. Just a few steps from the beach. And also just a few steps to the nearest shopping opportunity. A morning coffee at the café just a few steps away. The location is simply perfect. Everything you need to truly enjoy the vacation. The apartment is directly under the roof, so you shouldn't be afraid of tight spaces. But very cozy. The staff at the reception was very friendly and also takes suggestions or information regarding the accommodation with great kindness and implements it. We would very much like to vacation there again.

The holiday apartment attic Krabbe No. 7 is suitable for a maximum of two people. A good view from the window to the Baltic Sea, also very close by foot, 50m. The bathroom is really nice and spacious, and the equipment in the kitchen is sufficient.

I spent 5 days in the attic apartment of the beach villa. Overall, I found the living space a bit cramped. The bathroom is very nice and spacious. For older people or people with disabilities, the apartment is rather unsuitable. Getting into the apartment is especially difficult and tiring, as the staircase at the upper part is very narrow. Just a staircase. Carrying the suitcase upstairs is not quite easy. For people who prefer and need a bit more space, the apartment is rather not suitable.

In June '23, we were able to enjoy a short vacation in the gable apartment of the Strandvilla Krabbe and would like to express our heartfelt thanks once again. For us, this place of comfort was just right; cozy, sufficient, we lacked nothing. The view from the window offers a good sight of the Baltic Sea, and the small bathroom with a bathtub is completely adequate. Despite the heat, the apartment was pleasantly cool, and it's easy to move around in it. We would wish that in the future a seating area could be created in front of the house again; there used to be a beach chair there. We would love to come back!

The apartment is modern, bright, and tastefully furnished, and the view of the lake is very nice. The bathroom is great. However, everything is a bit cramped, and the sofa bed isn't that great. Otherwise, it was nice, especially since the Wi-Fi was really very good and stable despite being in the attic. That was important for us.
