We found a very nice, comfortably furnished apartment. There was enough dishware. Seating options were also available on the small balcony. Accessories like sewing supplies or batteries were on site. There were books and games for children. The Wi-Fi worked very well. The apartment was very well located for us. The beach was reachable in just a few minutes on foot. Shopping options were almost around the corner. The center of Boltenhagen was also within walking distance.

We were in this holiday resort for the second time and again very satisfied. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a carefree vacation. We only recommend replacing the pillows; the existing synthetic ones are very clumped. A solid shower partition instead of the curtain would also be nice.

A beautiful and above all super clean apartment with everything you need. The only small drawback was the creaky beds and the shower curtain in the shower, which often stuck to you while showering. But since this is just a luxury problem, still 5 stars.

Beautiful, clean apartment with good amenities for 4 people. Only the dishwasher is designed for two people, but at least there is one. The apartment itself is definitely sufficient for 4 people. The beach is reachable in a few minutes on foot, and supermarkets are even closer.

The apartment makes a good overall impression, the mattresses are also good. Unfortunately, there was no (folding) table on the small balcony. For the stairs to the 2nd floor, you need good muscle strength/condition with a heavy suitcase, especially since the stairs are built like a spiral staircase. However, from "above," there is no noise that you unfortunately have to put up with from the terrace apartments, due to families with small children, starting at 7:00 AM. The sanitary facilities and kitchen were fine. Overall, I would rebook the apartment for its price-performance ratio and recommend it, not least because of the convenient location. Short distance to shopping, the spa administration, and not far from the spa promenade and the Baltic Sea. With considerate neighbors, very quiet living is possible.

Everything was such that we quickly found our way and settled in. Aside from fly screens, we lacked nothing. The apartment is fully equipped and very clean. The sea, restaurants, and shopping options are within walking distance in a few minutes. All in all, a successful short vacation.

We had a very pleasant stay again in the same vacation apartment as in autumn 2018 - It is nice to see that a new mirror cabinet and a sink cabinet have been added in the bathroom! Now there is ample storage space.

We have rented out a holiday home on the North Sea for over 30 years and are very familiar with the problems that arise with renting. We were very satisfied with the condition and furnishings of the apartment. Perhaps the coffee machine could be descaled, as it was quite slow.
