The apartment is very nicely located, and the associated parking space is great. Inside, it is very modern and appealingly furnished. Wi-Fi works well. We were very pleased with the welcome package containing 3 dishwasher tabs, a dish brush, a sponge, a cloth, dish soap, and garbage bags. This avoided purchases. The only things missing were scissors and sharp knives for fruits and vegetables, but that wasn't too bad. However, we did have one point of criticism: they are non-smoking apartments. Since smoking is not allowed inside, the balconies and terraces around us were of course extensively used for that purpose. The cigarette smoke wafted into our apartment from all directions during the morning and evening airing. That was unpleasant. As a result, we had to sleep with closed windows in great heat. Perhaps designated non-smoking houses (where smoking should also not be allowed outside) should be provided. All in all, we would certainly be happy to return.

The location of the apartment is very good. You have shopping options in the immediate vicinity, and especially nice is the bread service right in front of Nordic. The beach is also not far away. The apartment is modern and comfortably furnished, only the coffee machine could be a bit more modern, and an additional shelf in the bathroom would be advisable, as some room doors already show signs of wear.

My wife and I were very positively impressed. Problem-free key handover. Clean, odor-free preheated apartment. Good layout. Everything needed is available. A starter set for the kitchen. Storage room, balcony, separate entrance. Shopping options within walking distance. Waste disposal is fine. Nothing damaged, everything worked. Simply satisfied. Only: beds too hard, rubber pads uncomfortable, living room window very dirty. Especially noticeable when one wanted to look outside in the great sunshine. Otherwise, everything is fine. We would love to come back.

We were very satisfied with the apartment, we felt very comfortable. However, we do have one complaint. We requested on Monday to have a holder for the showerhead installed in the shower. We had given our consent for you to enter the apartment during our absence. Unfortunately, you were unable to fix this by Friday. :-( Nevertheless, we would recommend the apartment at any time.

We spent a few lovely days in Boltenhagen. The accommodation/holiday apartment is equipped with everything you need, clean and well-maintained. Just as advertised on the internet. The pictures correspond to reality. The proximity to the beach is perfect. It takes only a few minutes to get there. Shopping options are within walking distance. The booking process, from arrival to departure, was seamless, with friendly staff on-site. Boltenhagen and the surrounding area are very beautiful, many restaurants, great little shops, bike rentals, well-maintained clean beach... Riding a bike around the area, you discover great cafés, organic farms, etc... We are happy to come back!

Very beautiful bright apartment with a separate side entrance. The baker's cart is right in front of the door, and the sea can also be reached on foot in just a few minutes.

Super location - close to the center - shopping center 3 min walk - you can hear the Baltic Sea waves on the balcony - apartment clean and tidy - the service from Nordic is always great, nice friendly, helpful staff - we will happily come back.

Overall, a nice apartment with good furnishings. Everything needed for a 2-week vacation is available. The balcony could be bigger. Only space for two people. The ascent to the apartment via the metal stairs could be challenging for some individuals. Otherwise, definitely recommendable as a holiday apartment.
