The headline actually says almost everything. We were here for the second time and we really liked it again this time! Our apartment was very tastefully and functionally furnished. On the day of arrival, we unfortunately noticed that the cleaning staff had not quite done their job, as the window cleaning was obviously not taken very seriously. Over the next few days, we noticed a few minor deficiencies, which should be more interesting for the owner. The terrace door is unfortunately leaking, as after a thunderstorm with heavy rain, the water found its way into the living room. A second lounger was missing on the terrace, and the umbrella stands are unfortunately too large in diameter for the umbrellas, making the smaller umbrella practically useless. Unfortunately, the balcony furniture was missing. We found that the sound is very poor on the TV when the volume is increased, and a DVD player might not be so bad, especially when you have children here. The cookware in the kitchen was partly very worn out and not everything was suitable for an induction stove!!! That unfortunately doesn't work at all! Lastly, we would like to point out the curtains in the right bedroom, which obviously no longer function properly, as the mechanism is still present! Despite these minor shortcomings, we can only recommend this apartment and the complex overall, whether it be the location, the shopping options, and the place Boltenhagen in general. And when the Wi-Fi reception is working properly at some point, everything will be perfect! We wish the entire team continued success and only satisfied guests!

The house is well equipped overall; it would be helpful to have a bit more dishware and for all the existing pans to be induction-compatible. In the smaller bedroom upstairs, the windows seem a bit drafty in strong winds; we would check that. The kitchen seems to be new, very practical. For less tech-savvy vacationers, we would recommend sticking a copy of the user manual for the stove and cooktop in the spice cabinet.

We stayed for 3 nights in the apartment with my parents. It is clean and tidy. The location was good in that there is nothing behind it but fields. The only thing that could be criticized is that there were 2 loungers on the terrace in the photo. It would have been nice with the weather. On the other hand, it bothers us when there is nothing available, for example, salt and sugar. But I assume that it is not intended by the management. Otherwise, everything was great.

The apartment and the location are good, only about 500m to the beach, in the description it says 350m. The apartment and the furnishings are good but should be checked and renewed soon as some kitchen cabinets, shower partition, terrace furniture, etc. have already been somewhat worn. I can recommend this apartment without hesitation.

It is a very beautiful holiday home with good amenities and very lovingly furnished. A dreamlike view from the bedroom of the blooming rapeseed field is impressive, as well as the quiet location and yet a short way to the beach. We also must commend the staff from Nordic for their friendly welcome and the cleanliness throughout the house. Thank you for the wonderful days.

A very beautiful, bright holiday home with a wonderful view of the greenery. Everything was very clean. The house, especially the kitchen, is well equipped. Aldi, Markant, and a bakery are within walking distance. The beach is about 300m away with beach chair rentals. We had Wi-Fi problems with our older phone (4 years old).

We were very pleased with the accommodation. The facility is well-maintained, and accessibility to shopping, the beach, and restaurants is within walking distance. We were greeted kindly by the Nordic management. The welcome package was very practical and a nice gesture. The kitchen setup was well-stocked (including a microwave, dishwasher, stove, kettle, and coffee maker). What we personally missed were pot holders and a few large coffee mugs. Only 2 cups are quite scarce for a 6-person accommodation. The terrace chairs/ loungers are a bit older, maybe they could be renewed. The Wi-Fi didn't work 100% or only in the upper floor. Maybe check the access points or the general Wi-Fi settings. Conclusion: Overall, we had a nice time in Boltenhagen. We would love to come back, and if the timing works out, exactly to this accommodation!

The property is very well-maintained and quiet, as well as close to the beach and center. We would consider the apartment again at any time, but it is not recommended for people with mobility impairments as there are 14 steps leading to the bedrooms and bathroom.

The house was really nice overall. It is nicely furnished, and the beds (mattresses) are very comfortable. The view of the field is wonderful, and we even had a deer in the garden. It is a pity that the house does not have a washing machine. For 1 week, it is not crucial, but for 3 weeks, it definitely is. Since Boltenhagen unfortunately does not offer any laundry options, we had to drive an extra 24 km to Wismar. For a longer booking, this is a significant drawback. Furthermore, the terrace chairs are really very inexpensive; many have already had parts of the legs break off and they crack with every movement. The sun umbrellas are also very old; it's a shame, as there is room for improvement. The furnishings are contemporary and well-kept. In the right bedroom upstairs, the curtain was broken and could no longer be closed. The handyman tried but unfortunately couldn't change anything, as it would have been too complicated. It's a pity, so we had to sleep downstairs. Nordic was always approachable and is truly a great management. The complaints are of a high level. Due to Corona, the owners were unable to prepare their house as well.

Unfortunately, it was only a weekend during which we were able to use this super beautiful apartment. The view from the balcony on the upper floor is wonderful. Everything you need is available. If there were 10 stars, we would have given those too.
