A beautiful, clean vacation apartment. Pleasantly quiet, despite being a row house; the edge location makes it ideal for a holiday with a dog, quick access to green spaces, and the dog beach is not far away. We would love to come back!

Overall a well-rounded offer. Small details could be improved: 1. There is a lack of storage space in the bedroom. The TV could be two sizes larger by today's standards. 2. When purchasing bedding and towels: Making the beds is very reminiscent of youth hostel stays. The offered towels would serve as cleaning rags in my household. If arriving guests ask for good places, as we did, you can confidently recommend the restaurant "Der Strandläufer": a young team that not only makes a great effort but also delivers well.

The holiday complex is very well-maintained and pleasantly quiet, which one would not suspect at all. Unfortunately, this apartment is not equipped for 4 people, due to the new sofa. One idea would be an insect protection in front of the windows in the kitchen and sleeping area. The apartment is equipped with everything that is provided, very generous and tasteful.

Partially outdated, no insect screens on the windows (spiders and other critters constantly come in) thus one cannot ventilate properly. Wi-Fi is way too expensive (5 euros per day!!!)

We were in Boltenhagen for the umpteenth time, but for the first time in this apartment. The apartment is very spacious, well-equipped, and has a nice terrace that leads into a large green area. Our four-legged friend and we felt very comfortable, and we would love to stay here again soon.

Upon entering the apartment, one immediately felt at home. The furnishings of the apartment fully served their purpose. The beach, center, and shopping mall are conveniently reachable on foot, so the car did not need to be moved additionally. Ideal for all those who prefer a quieter atmosphere and want to be close to nature. In case of problems or questions, the reception is only a 4-minute walk from the apartment. I will definitely come back.

We have been to Boltenhagen several times, at all times of the year. We have always enjoyed it very much, as we did this year. Especially because the weather was simply excellent for 2 weeks. The accommodation is very pleasant and quiet. Since we are traveling with a dog, the terrace and the lawn in front of it are very convenient for us. The apartment has good amenities, was also renovated in the past months, and has everything one needs.

Very nice, well-kept, and clean apartment with its own entrance and everything you need, from very good mattresses to an iron and tea lights. We found it great that you receive garbage bags, fresh cleaning cloths for the floor and dishes, etc. in a lovingly designed package. The reception staff is very friendly and accommodating, super helpful, and always approachable. Extras: parking in front of the house, a bakery cart is available every day from 7:00 to 10:00. 00 just around the corner and the beach is only 200 m away. What more could one want?

A beautiful and large apartment for 2 people (formerly for 4 people). Terrace with chairs, sun loungers, umbrellas, and a small table with an unobstructed view of the greenery (July 2023). Large wardrobe in the bedroom and a large bed with 2 firm mattresses, each 90 cm. The mattresses and the pillow are waterproof (rubberized), double bed sheets, and a separate pillow protector enhance sleeping comfort. Private parking in front of the house. The beautiful well-maintained sandy beach is approximately. 500m, as well as for shopping (Aldi, Markant, Tedi, kik). Among other things, in the Markant market, there is the very good bakery Freytag (in a sales trailer in front of the holiday home rental NORDIC, there are only very airy rolls, but also an egg vending machine from a local farmer). Upon arrival, you receive a small but useful welcome box with household utensils during the key handover. We liked it here.

The apartment has basically everything you need; the mosquito screens on the windows have been suggested several times. The price-performance ratio is at least right in May. The location is great; if you have a dog, you can go directly over the spacious green area by the terrace to the outdoors, and the beach is also easily reachable at 400m, where there's even a dog beach. Due to the staggered building design, we also found the apartment to be very quiet. The bathroom could use a grout deep cleaning, but everything else was clean. We can recommend the apartment without hesitation to those who do not expect luxury amenities.

The vacation apartment is spacious with a sunny terrace. Parking space, storage for the bicycle, and even a shed are included. The kitchen is very well equipped; there is even an iron. The only things missing were seat cushions for the terrace chairs and a broom. Overall, absolutely recommendable.
