For 14 years (almost continuously, except for 2 times), we have been able to use this vacation apartment over the New Year. During this time, a lot has happened positively in this apartment. We feel very, very comfortable there. The new kitchen is great. However, one small drawback is to be noted: there is a lack of workspace lighting. But maybe it will come. Unfortunately, this apartment is already booked for the end of 2020, and we will only come back in 2021. Best regards, Klaus-Dieter Schlinke

We (2 people) felt very comfortable and found everything tidy and well-equipped. We couldn't test whether the small balcony is enough for 4 people. ;-) Its location, on the other hand, is unique - a view into the greenery all the way to Klütz and soothing peace. We would gladly come back.

The apartment and the location are great. Just two small points of criticism: - If the shower wall is defective, it should be pointed out beforehand - The windows should be cleaned so that one can look out without obstruction Otherwise, everything is really super!!

Great quiet location, livable layout, wide view, just a few steps to the bakery cart, supermarket around the corner. Beach reachable in a few minutes on foot. The shower doors need a new adjustment.

Our overall rating is 5/5 except for a small flaw; the cleaning should be better checked (corner cleaning, mirrors in the bathroom, and the bathroom overall). After all, we vacationers do not pay little for the cleaning. But still, we would gladly recommend them and would also love to come back ourselves. Overall, we were satisfied with the apartment, with one exception. Unfortunately, using the shower without subsequently flooding the bathroom was not possible. There seems to be a flaw in the construction of the shower. We had already reported the problem.

The costs for the final cleaning seemed a bit excessive to us. In the wet room, there are no grab bars and slip preventers - especially for older people. The roller pull cords in both rooms are very prone to issues. Either they didn't work or they jumped out of the gear (prone roller principle). Overall, the apartment was okay and we were satisfied.

The apartment is very nice, bright, and warm. We only needed heating in the bathroom at the beginning of May. The apartment can only be reached by a steep outdoor staircase.

A very nice holiday apartment! We were pleasantly surprised: everything freshly painted and newly furnished (furniture, kitchen, appliances). Compliments to the owner! Additionally: quiet with a balcony overlooking a lawn and grain field. Short distances to the beach, shopping, public facilities. Great experience: pier festival with a magnificent fireworks display. And: we were unlucky with the weather, so it was very nice that the heating was on. August is not necessarily heating season. A small downside: cleanliness was inadequate in some areas. Unfortunately, this tarnishes the otherwise positive impression.

We booked the apartment for 3 people for 12 nights. The apartment is very nice and has all the necessary amenities, so we felt very comfortable. Both the beach and the town center are easily reachable on foot, making the apartment peacefully located yet very central. Everything was great - we would love to come back!

Beautiful large, well-equipped apartment for a reasonable price. The plastic chairs on the balcony and the slightly rusty table should be replaced.

I was, as always, satisfied, except for one thing. It was not quite as tidy as I am used to from Nordic. There were candies under the couch, and the bedroom was still a bit sandy. I will continue to book with you because you always provide good service and are extremely friendly.

We recovered very well in the apartment over the six days. The furnishings leave (almost) nothing to be desired, the apartment is spacious and wonderfully quiet on the edge of the village. The beach and shopping facilities were each reachable in less than 5 minutes on foot.

The apartment is well suited for 2 to 4 people. The beach and shopping facilities are not far away. The nearest beach section is rather quiet and not as crowded as in the area of the pier.
