Beautiful large apartment with 2 bedrooms, one equipped with care beds and a large bathroom, well located on the edge of the overall complex with a terrace. Everything you need is available. Central location, just a short walk for shopping. Beach and restaurants within walking distance. Very good beach promenade with a pier, which is also accessible for wheelchair users via appropriate ramps. Many seating options. Attractive town center. Boltenhagen is also well suited for many surrounding excursions.

The apartment is very well suited for wheelchair users as it is barrier-free. It is very spacious and tastefully furnished. Perfect for a relaxing vacation. Beautiful terrace that is also accessible by wheelchair.

Good equipment of the apartment. The apartment is easily accessible for people with limited mobility (walking aids, wheelchair, etc.). The slabs in front of the apartment entrance towards the street are a bit uneven, please be careful. The apartment is somewhat remote, at the end of Boltenhagen. The shopping center with a Markant store is nearby. In the mornings from 07:00 AM to 10:00 AM, rolls are sold at the bakery stand next to the rental office. The Wi-Fi is not always stable.

Well-equipped barrier-free apartment. There are even 2 care beds in one room. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the storage room, you can securely park your own bikes. The highlight is the bakery cart 100m away with delicious fresh goods daily. Boltenhage is generally set up for accessibility, including most restaurants.
