I was very pleased with the comfort and amenities of the vacation apartment. Quiet and well-maintained surroundings, friendly reception and support from the staff at the reception. We had a nice and relaxing holiday in the apartment. The size is well suited for two adults. With larger children or more adults, it gets cramped. I would also like to recommend the ground-floor apartment to older holidaymakers. It is quiet yet close to the center and shopping options.

We were satisfied. We liked it very much because despite the number of people, it was still very quiet. What we didn't like was the bathroom. It was very cramped and there were too few storage options. A small cabinet on the wall would help. We really didn't like that people walked through our garden area.

The organization of the rental of the holiday apartments is exemplary and very well planned. The furnishings and layout of the apartment are also very good, as is the location to the beach and shopping opportunities. The cleanliness of the shower, oven, and dishwasher is "only" good. Seating furniture (couch and armchair) not very comfortable. Patio furniture (plastic chairs and table) no longer meets today's standards and should, in my opinion, be replaced. I am unsure whether I would recommend the apartment.

The apartment is very nicely furnished and is in a great location. It is not too far from the beach and shopping options. Especially nice is the quiet location and the terrace with grass and trees that provide shade. It would be nice to have 2 loungers for outside.

It is a great vacation apartment for two people or, like us, with a small child. The only thing to criticize would be the mattresses. They are already very worn out. Unfortunately, when you set up the baby bed, you can no longer walk around the bed. But that is manageable :) We would rent a vacation apartment from them again anytime.

Dear NORDIC TEAM, the assessment of apartment 105 is unfortunately not particularly positive this time. The coffee machine takes a long time for the water to run through, the toaster only browns the toast halfway, the kitchen smells musty, in the bedroom the pull chain of the roller blind always jumps out of the gear when raising or lowering it, and in the shower there are no options for placing the shower utensils. The apartment is very nice and the furnishings are good. Boltenhagen itself is beautiful, but since pedestrians and cyclists share a path, it is an adventure for strollers to be out and about in the town. A small tip at the beginning of the vacation: just stop by the spa administration.

Apart from the too soft mattresses in the bedroom, the apartment was very nicely furnished. The decor in the living room was also very lovingly chosen. The kitchen equipment was top-notch! Would gladly come back anytime.

A very clean bright apartment that offers everything you need for a vacation. The best part is the 3 bicycles in sizes 24, 26, 28. These were in top condition and ready to use immediately. Shopping options, beach, and center are just a few steps away and very easy to reach.

We felt very comfortable here in the apartment and would love to come back. Suggestions: Please repaint the parking number, it is hardly legible. Unfortunately, the bicycles brought along could not be stored. There is no space in the storage room, as there are already 3 bikes standing there. This should be pointed out.

Good, central location of the holiday apartment. 5 minutes to the beach, to the city center, and grocery stores around the corner. Clean, tidy facility. The kitchen is well equipped, the couch could be more comfortable. Completely sufficient for 2 people. The winter Christmas market was well organized and we had fun in the tent.

The apartment was clean and well thought out. Nothing was missing, and even the small room was equipped with everything needed for a relaxing vacation. The facility is always clean as well. We come to Boltenhagen every year because a great vacation is simply possible here, and the people are always in a good mood. As already criticized in the previous years and houses, there is no standard in the holiday village, especially regarding houses or ground-floor apartments: There should be fly screens available. This is always important, especially with children. What is unacceptable is that the own employees race through the holiday complex with the Nordic cars despite the speed limit. Measures such as speed bumps should urgently be taken to counteract this. I have already complained about this annually. The parking spaces urgently need new numbers, as they are not numerically in order, and one often stands confused in front of the hardly legible numbers.

The apartment is equipped with everything one needs. Even 2 adult bicycles and one for a child are available, and that for free! The rooms offer enough space to move around. The apartment was very clean upon our arrival. Thank you for that. Unfortunately, the mattresses are quite old. They should be replaced. The toilet could also use some improvement. The toilet seat is wobbly and quite flimsy. Considering these shortcomings, we regret that we cannot award a very good rating. However, this may change soon.

Very clean (even the drains in the bathroom, we have experienced quite the opposite before) and in the bike storage, there was enough room for our two e-bikes along with the owner's three bikes (with some effort). Very quiet location, we slept well in the beds without back problems.

We would rent this FW again for a possible next stay. The only point of criticism is the too narrow entrance door of the bike room in Shed 13. A wider door, through which the bike handlebars could also fit, would have been very helpful. As it stands, one is forced to use all sorts of tricks to get the bike into the shed.
