Hello dear Nordic team, the days with you were very, very nice, the children didn't want to go home at all. So there is nothing to criticize, everything is beautifully clean, lovingly prepared, everything you need is there. The shopping options in the immediate vicinity are very nice, just like the beach.... I can only say that I can recommend it to everyone, it’s great. Keep it up ...... Best regards, Ines D.

The apartment is rather functional/sterile. Windows not cleaned (for the first time - have been with you 4 times before). Still good overall!

The holiday apartment is very nicely located near the beach and several shopping opportunities. ....everything can be easily reached on foot. The equipment is very good with an oven, microwave, washing machine, and 4-burner stove.....the balcony is small, but very suitable for drinking morning coffee. I would gladly vacation with them in the complex again!

Beautiful clean apartment. Not far from the beach and the center. Shopping options reachable in 2 minutes on foot. The only negative was a musty smell when entering. It only got better after airing out for 3 days. Otherwise, the apartment and surroundings are good to explore by bike or car.

The cushions of the chairs in the living room (dining table) are all worn out. The vacuum cleaner in the apartment should be checked better; the bag was full and smelled terrible. Replacement bags were available. The enforcement of the parking regulations should also be checked more; several cars were simply parked on the street. The equipment would be excellent if two everyday items had worked normally: the showerhead was calcified, the hot water abruptly changed temperature. The quality of the TV picture was unusually poor. Just for your information; otherwise everything was great. Best regards, I. Schneider

The service staff at the reception is friendly and helpful. Our complaint regarding the existing smell of smoke was addressed immediately. The equipment is top-notch. The existing fold-out bed allows for accommodation of 4 people without any issues. The furnishings are chosen so that it can easily be rented by 4 people. (The balcony is a bit small, but it is certainly possible to use it with four people.) In the bathroom, there are enough options to store your belongings. The kitchen is very well equipped, except for plates and cutlery. Conclusion: Due to the selected furniture and the available equipment, this apartment is suitable for up to 4 people. The apartment is recommended. Not to forget. Boltenhagen is worth a vacation. We will definitely come back.

Beds too deep. Only mini pillows. Mattress hard, too thin, cheap. Getting up problematic. Especially for older people. Carpet in the bedroom needs to be renewed! Very small balcony, but protected.

Beautiful holiday apartment in a great location by the water. You can definitely do that, but you should know that the second bed in the closet is very, very hard and, at least for us, led to back pain. Next time, we would probably bring an air mattress or something.

The apartment is really beautiful, the only and biggest drawback was the stairs. The apartment is only accessible via the external metal staircase, which has holes, and our dog absolutely did not want to go up at all. We then got blankets from Kick (it's just around the corner) and had to lay them out every time. The apartment is completely fine in terms of equipment. The balcony is a bit small (max 2 people). Grocery stores are within walking distance, the beach is also reachable in 5 minutes, including the dog beach. All in all, great apartment in a great location.

The apartment is well thought out and conveniently located to the beach, about a 10-minute walk. The radio system is hardly usable as the antenna reception is poor. The mattress is one to get used to. The staff's assistance is friendly and helpful.
