Quietly located, spacious, generously equipped apartment with a two-sided balcony including a beach chair, 5 minutes to the beach, 8 minutes to the next great restaurant "Deichläufer". The Nordic team promptly fulfills requests/addresses complaints together with partners. Anytime gladly again.

Well-equipped apartment and terrace, quiet location, well-maintained surroundings of the holiday complex, wonderful view of the Baltic Sea, short walk to the beach. One negative point is the narrow underground parking spaces, and also the strongly fluctuating water pressure when showering. We would gladly come back next year and have already reserved this apartment. I would like to commend the competent and friendly staff of Nordic.

The apartment was well-equipped, clean, and has a great location. However, it was very tight in the underground garage. When all the parking spaces are occupied, it is, at least for parking space 25, difficult to get out, especially with a slightly larger vehicle. It would also be nice to be able to open the garage door from the car.

We felt very comfortable in the well-equipped apartment! We especially enjoyed the large balcony with a wonderful sea view every day! The location on the outskirts is quiet, and you can quickly reach the center on foot. The associated underground garage is definitely a plus point - however, it is quite narrow for large cars! We can easily imagine spending another vacation there.

We felt completely comfortable in your holiday apartment. Aside from the dirty terrace - this issue was promptly addressed by a very nice lady after our complaint, thank you for that) we found everything to be very clean. The apartment is bright and very tastefully furnished. Nothing is missing. We particularly like the long corner terrace with the beach chair. From her - as well as from the generous glass fronts - you can see the Baltic Sea and observe, hear, and smell it - simply wonderful. We particularly enjoy the tranquility in the property. You see so many vacationers and children coming and going, but you (thankfully) hear nothing. We have booked the same apartment again for next year, for the 5th time. That says it all.

For us, the apartment is "our autumn pearl." We have been to this apartment several times and enjoy the autumn wind by the Baltic Sea. The spacious apartment is modernly furnished. Everything is kept in good condition or regularly replaced. We love the two-sided sun balcony, where one can enjoy the day in the beach chair even during short sunny phases. Breakfast with a view of the sea is priceless. In short,... we will come back.

We (2 adults) felt really comfortable in the apartment. It is bright, friendly, practical, and cozily furnished. The rooftop terrace with the beach chair is of course unmatched. Everything was clean and tidy. Especially practical, especially in the beginning of autumn, are the insect screens in the living room and bedroom. Boltenhagen also radiates a cozy, Nordic flair. We will definitely come back, and we would also be happy to stay in Dünenblick No. 47. The service from Nordic was friendly, accommodating, and uncomplicated. Wi-Fi works excellently.

The bread delivery service also worked great and was always on time. The underground garage is also great, but unfortunately the parking spaces are quite tight for slightly larger cars. Everything is within walking distance from the vacation apartment.

We are coming back. We have already visited 'our' great apartment with a huge balcony several times as a group of four. There is something for everyone here. The proximity to the beach and the view are unbeatable. The large balcony invites you to sunbathe in the beach chair on two sides of the balcony. The apartment is very well maintained and the service staff gladly takes care of all the little wishes. In short: we are coming back :)

Unfortunately, we were only in this very beautiful holiday apartment for 5 days in April. We particularly liked the very large balcony with a movable beach chair and the wonderful view of the Baltic Sea. The offered bread roll service was also great. Once selected, the rolls were at the door handle every morning by 8 o'clock. Very pleasant service, thank you for that. We really liked Boltenhagen and the apartment, and we will definitely come back.

The location of the apartment is dreamlike and quiet. The bathroom is renovated and comfortable. Unfortunately, the rest of the apartment has aged, especially the couch should be replaced. The kitchen is adequately equipped, but there is still room for improvement there as well. It would be nice to have insect screens, at least one in the bedroom and at the dining area. The view from the rooftop terrace is indescribably beautiful and distracts from many things :)

One has a great view of the Baltic Sea through the trees. The terrace is great, unfortunately only separated by a chain from the other apartments. When all the apartments are occupied, there is no privacy. The furnishings of the apartment are somewhat outdated but very cozy. Everything is available, from games to the soup ladle. The beds have an adjustable slatted frame and the mattresses are okay. The bathroom has no window. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. And there is no elevator. One must be fit for walking. The handover of the keys was straightforward, and the staff of the management are very nice. We enjoyed our stay (outside of the season) very much and felt comfortable.

The view from the apartment directly onto the Baltic Sea is beautiful. The large terrace with a beach chair invites you to linger, regardless of the weather, the view... without much saying, breathtaking. The bathroom is very modernly equipped. The mattresses are very comfortable to sleep on. The seating in the living area is not very comfortable, especially when the weather isn't great and you spend longer periods in the apartment or in the evening to watch TV comfortably.

We were in this apartment for the second time and were very satisfied again. A very beautiful apartment, the furnishings are great. The direct sea view from the rooftop terrace is very, very nice. Additionally, the large shower and the comfortable bed are positives. A fly screen at the bedroom window would be our only suggestion for improvement. We would love to come back next year.

The location is simply amazing. The fairly new bathroom with a level access large shower is very comfortable. The large terrace with the beach chair gets sun all day long. The view from the window above the dining table is just great. The armchairs in the living area are not quite as comfortable. However, the sofa is perfect for sleeping. The beach is very close. Just across the street.

We really enjoyed it. The vacation apartment was very clean, and it is optimally equipped for 2 people. The roof terrace with its view of the Baltic Sea is unbeatable. Having breakfast in the morning sun and sitting comfortably in the evening enjoying the view. The beach chair and the existing patio furniture were also very clean. A fly screen in front of the bedroom window would be a tiny improvement suggestion. We will remember this apartment and are happy to come back next year.
