A very nice apartment, very well equipped, beautiful view of the Baltic Sea. A large bathroom, appealing apartment furnishings, everything very well maintained and clean. Ideal for a stay in Boltenhagen, as the center is easily reachable on foot. Highly recommended, we would love to come back.

I perceive the overall impression of the apartment as very good! The furnishings are standard for the price range. One can and should highlight the very good armchairs and the truly excellent rocking chair, in which one can comfortably linger. The location of the apartment is perfect and really close to the water, and I haven't seen anything like it elsewhere. It might also be difficult to find! Price/performance is reasonable, but it shouldn't go any higher. The small cleanliness issues were already brought to the attention of the Nordic Boltenhagen team on site and do not diminish the overall very good impression.

We felt very comfortable in the beautifully located and tastefully furnished apartment. The kitchen setup was so versatile that even if one didn't want to eat out, they could easily cater for themselves. There was enough storage space, the beds were comfortable, and the seating area and dining space were very cozy. Since there is not much traffic at night, the location directly on the street is not so bad. One can sleep well. The view of the sea and the beach compensates for all traffic disturbances. A small problem was the parking situation. The underground parking space for the apartment is quite tight for larger cars and requires some skill when parking and getting out. I would also like to mention the special friendliness of the ladies on the phone and at the reception. The small damage (broken coffee pot) was also settled very correctly and kindly taken care of for us. Thank you very much!

This beautiful blue apartment is excellently suited for unwinding and finding peace. An extremely lovely view of the Baltic Sea is possible from 8 windows. Especially in autumn and winter, it is worth looking at the different colors and structures of the sky and water. The road running directly along the house is hardly disturbing during these months. The house is very quiet. New mattresses, complete kitchen, low-maintenance flooring, cozy warmth, 2 bedrooms, TV and CD/DVD systems work, the parking space in the underground garage is easy to reach after some practice. Unfortunately, the house has no elevator – that would be even nicer with increasing age. The service of the Nordic team is exemplary, the caretaker is immediately on hand for problems. One is quickly on the beach path in the middle of the spa town, also very quickly within walking distance to the large supermarket. Trips to Wismar, Ratzeburg, Rehna, etc. are worth it. It never gets boring. We have already been there 6 times and have booked immediately for the new year 2018...

We have been to the facility at least ten times and will continue to use it, as we live only a good hour's drive away. The best part is the location; we always take an apartment with a sea view. The accompanying good sea air has freed us from some infections. The apartments are very cozy and well-furnished.

We were in March for 5 days in apartment 12 in the Dünenblick house, it was very nice in the apartment, except for the soft mattresses. A special thanks to the angel Mrs. ENGEL, she is simply great. We will come back!

Very nice apartment. Great view. Very friendly staff. We were allowed to check in much earlier than 4 PM. It probably wasn't occupied before, so we were lucky. And we could fully enjoy the beautiful day.

Unfortunately, there are limited parking and stopping options for loading and unloading in front of the property - a short-term parking zone would be appropriate here! Additionally, before arrival, check the size of the vehicle against the conditions of the underground garage. It is really very tight.

Sea view and proximity to the beach are great, but unfortunately, the convenient location is also a drawback. The Dunes Road is a heavily trafficked thoroughfare, which one must be able to tolerate. The kitchen is well-equipped, but the provision of bed linen and especially towels is virtually non-existent and must be booked separately. For €10, you get 1 dish towel, 1 beach towel, 1 bath mat, and (at least) 2 regular towels for 10 days.

A beautiful apartment in a prime location where one can spend a relaxing holiday! There is a small downside: the bike room is much too small or cluttered with bikes that have obviously not been moved in a long time. It would be nice if space could be created there so that one doesn’t have to leave their bikes outside. Otherwise, it was very nice. As always, a straightforward booking, a friendly reception during the key handover, and an easy and quick return of the keys upon departure. We would gladly come back!

The location and the view are wonderful. At first glance, everything seems to be in order. Beautiful Nordic furniture with a consistent color scheme throughout the apartment. Almost everything you need is there. Despite the dreamlike view of the Baltic Sea, we unfortunately missed the attention to the upkeep of the apartment.

-The apartment is top in location, the view from the balcony is great -tastefully furnished -a small minus for the "bicycle storage room," which has space for a max of 6-8 bikes, way too small for the house -the space for the bicycle racks outside should be changed if possible, it is located directly under 2 lime trees, in August our bikes were completely sticky -the washing machines in the basement should be renewed, the right machine did not spin, the laundry was soaking wet... Otherwise, we really liked it. . .

We have been to Boltenhagen for the 8th time and, as every year, booked through Nordic. We received the usual very good quality. Nothing to complain about, and the organizers did not let themselves be defeated by the madness of constantly changing regulations, rules, and penalties related to Corona. Just Northern German calmness. We will also book our next stay in Boltenhagen through Nordic.

We felt very comfortable in Dünenblick 12. The apartment is sufficiently large, very well furnished, and clean. There is also enough kitchenware, pots, glasses, etc., and we missed nothing. The view from the balcony and living room of the Baltic Sea and the pier is simply wonderful.
