The cleaning was not quite perfect. There were cobwebs on a lamp and next to a cabinet. The terrace, on the other hand, was very clean.

First-class holiday apartment, very good equipment. The complex is very well maintained and clean. It was very good that a parking space was available. All in all, we can recommend this holiday apartment. A very nice vacation. We will definitely come back.

Everything was really great, just a small note - especially when you have small children. There should definitely be a crosswalk at the driveway. On the facility side, there is no sidewalk and you have to cross the street in a poorly visible curve. It's not so optimal coming from the beach with kids and all your stuff. Everything else regarding the facility was super!!!!

The apartment is cozy and equipped with all necessary things. The close proximity to the Baltic Sea is also very good or advantageous. We are not direct sun worshippers, so the fact that only in the very early morning and late evening did sun rays find their way to the terrace was not a problem for us.........perhaps a note about this in the apartment description would be helpful.

The holiday apartment is very nice. Well furnished. Everything you need. The parking space in the underground garage is practical. The location is great. Just across the street and you are at the beach. The only thing that is really not good is the mattresses. Very hard and simply too thin. Better ones should be considered urgently. We only slept on them for 3 nights; I don't even want to think about longer.

Class holiday apartment, decent size and with everything you need. Especially with a small child, there was enough space to crawl. The bedroom also had a decent size and was bright and friendly due to the large windows. The only downside is that the bathroom could be a bit larger. Since it is located inside, one has to overlook that. The cleanliness in the holiday apartment was impeccable; however, the windows outside had not been cleaned for a long time. That was unnecessary, as there was otherwise absolutely nothing to complain about. With a child, I can only recommend the apartment on the ground floor.

I missed having shutters, as I always wake up when it gets light. Besides, we got a north side, cool in summer, but it was already too cool when we were there. But otherwise everything was great.

We were at the accommodation for the second time because we liked it very much last year. It is located on the outskirts, very quiet...very important for me. Just across the street, and you are at the Baltic Sea...perfect!!!!

We were in this apartment for the second time, beautiful apartment. Shady, no direct sun. In the fall, it was a bit cool on the terrace. Everything you need on vacation is there. Right by the beach, great location. However, the bed was already borderline in May, this time we resorted to the couch. The bed and/or mattresses could be replaced.

Perfectly adequate large apartment for 2 people, near the beach, terrace unfortunately without sun in September, certainly okay in high summer, but in autumn the warming sun rays were unfortunately missing. As already described elsewhere, the apartment is quite dark during the day. It didn't bother us much since we were outside a lot. Overall, we were satisfied with the apartment. Clean, plenty of dishes and cutlery.

We liked it very much, we booked again for September. The apartment does not get direct sunlight, making the terrace pleasantly cool even on warm days. The amenities were very good, with enough space and storage.

A peacefully located vacation apartment on the ground floor with a terrace. Due to the design, artificial light is needed in the kitchen area even during the day. An ideal starting point for bike tours to Wismar and Travemünde. The Boltenhagen hinterland can also be easily explored by bike.

A beautiful apartment for 2 people. The inventory includes everything you need. It was pleasantly cool during hot temperatures, which was very nice for sleeping at night. It only took 5 minutes to get to the beach, and the city and shopping were also not far away. The entire residential complex was well-maintained. This apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage, which was also very pleasant on the very hot days we had during this time. Overall, we had a lovely, relaxing vacation here.

Great location, right on the beach. Apartment equipped with everything you need. There was plenty of lighting, as the smaller terrace door couldn't bring enough light into the living room. Good devices for television and radio as well. The supply of restaurants nearby was very diverse. The shopping center also offers many stores close by.

Good location near the beach, we felt comfortable. The bathroom is quite small, but the rest of the apartment is very spacious. The washing machine is in the outbuilding and can only be used with washing coins, which you have to obtain first - which was too inconvenient for us.

The apartment is very well equipped, especially the kitchen, as there is nothing missing. The proximity to the beach is excellent. The only downside that was very significant for us is that this apartment is very dark and you always have to turn on artificial light. Otherwise, we had nothing to complain about.
