Well-furnished apartment for 4 people. Unfortunately, the house is very noisy. Sounds from the stairwell can be clearly heard. One must also expect dog barking. It is recommended to bring fitted sheets from home, as only flat sheets are provided for making the beds. Unfortunately, there is a lack of service here. The house has a lockable bike shed; this is unfortunately not mentioned in the apartment description. We disposed of the garbage at the neighbor's.

Everything was very good, only the cleanliness in the small bedroom was not so good. Thick dust bunnies under the bed. In the bathroom, there could be a grab bar above the tub and in the shower. I am severely disabled, and such a grab bar gives me more security.

We have never booked a place twice for a vacation, except for this one. What excites us is the unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea from the dining table. The seating area offers the same view. The location to the beach is fantastic. We also like the relatively long walk from the apartment to the center. This guarantees peace in the residential area. We found the apartment in a very clean condition. It is furnished in a puristic style, which we find cozy and tasteful. Signs of use are naturally present. However, they do not disturb the enjoyment of the holiday, but can be removed soon if desired. This includes the used dishes (some of the plates are chipped or a piece is missing from the edge). It also includes the covers around the door handles of the room doors, which should be reattached.

It was a beautiful vacation in a beautiful apartment. The beach is reachable in a very short way. A bicycle is needed for the center. Unfortunately, there is no covered bike rack available. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, but only 2 devices can be online at the same time. This is already complicated for a family with two older children. The apartment is well-equipped, but a hairdryer was missing (even though it was not listed as an amenity).

We were in the apartment for the second time. The view is beautiful, direct sea view even while having breakfast. The apartment is well equipped and renovated. About 1.7 km to the center, therefore quietly located. A small shed for bicycles is available, but it fills up quickly. Sometimes you can hear noises from the apartment above, depending on the tenant… The support from Nordic was smooth and great.! Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and can recommend the apartment.

Proper and good furnishing of the apartment, the kitchenette has everything you need on vacation, including an iron. However, it takes about 20 minutes on foot to reach the town center - the pier, as well as the "white Wieck." Shopping options (Edeka) are very close, about 5 minutes on foot. Netto, Aldi, and Markant are also quickly accessible by car. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to rent this apartment again on our next vacation in Boltenhagen.

Bring a hairdryer; we forgot that. They don't practice waste separation there to the extent that we're used to: everything goes in the residual waste bin. Glass and paper have to be disposed of cumbersome; there's no organic waste container or recycling bins nearby. What a shame!!!

Great location with a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea. We really enjoyed our stay. The facilities are really good. There were even extra neck pillows in the bedroom. The mattresses were very good. Only the width of the bed is a bit narrow. The south balcony is also great. We could still enjoy the sun here in the late afternoon. We will definitely book again.
