Sehr schöne komfortable Wohnung. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Der Ort selbst ist sehr, sehr ruhig. Zur Abwechslung sind die umliegenden Orte mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen.

The second holiday in the LP in Heiligendamm was also wonderful and very relaxing. This is mainly due to the great flat house with its fantastic flats and the super TG. This time we stayed in flat 38, which is beautifully furnished and has a great sea view. Downstairs in the LP is the office of Meer [&] Fun, the nice staff hand out the keys and are always the contact person for the guests. There is also a nice café in the LP with super delicious cakes and tarts. There is also an ice cream parlour not far away, which is also highly recommended. Of course, an eventful holiday includes excursions and there are many possibilities around Heiligendamm. We liked it very much again, so we have already booked our 3rd stay :))). Hopefully the flats will remain as beautiful as they are now for a long time.

We felt very comfortable in this flat. The luxurious furnishings leave nothing to be desired. We spent a lot of time on the large terrace with the fantastic view of the Baltic Sea, for which there is enough very nice terrace furniture. Another somewhat smaller terrace offers a view of the forest next to the house. There are two bedrooms with large, very good beds and you either fall asleep to the sound of the sea or a frog concert every evening. As it was such a lovely and relaxing holiday, we have already booked next year's stay. As a note for coming guests, there is no shopping in Heiligendamm. The nearest supermarkets are in Kühlungsborn or Bad Doberan.

This holiday flat is very suitable for a family (2 adults and 2 children) or even four adults. The beach and a playground are right outside the door. A café, ice cream parlour and snack bar are also nearby. For your daily needs, we recommend driving to Kühlungsborn. There are also plenty of entertainment options for the whole family. Heiligendamm itself is more appealing due to its quiet location.

We have been there several times and always enjoy the great location and good facilities of the holiday apartments. This time we have to complain about the beds, which caused severe back pain after only two days due to their soft/stretched nature. Furthermore, there should be a step elevator for children as standard in every accommodation unit, as otherwise no small child can reach the washbasin by itself. Otherwise, everything is chic!

The appealing and very good furnishings of the flat especially contributed to a pleasant and relaxing holiday. The location and the immediate proximity of the Baltic Sea were a highlight every day. PS: Floor mats in the flat at the terrace doors would perhaps be quite useful.

The cleanliness in the Lindenpalais and the friendliness of the staff are absolutely top class. We have been here several times and have never been disappointed. You arrive and feel right at home.

We had another great holiday in Heiligendamm. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you. From here you can quickly reach Kühlungsborn, Bad Doberan and Warnemünde. The flat is a dream. Equipped with everything you need, wonderful beds, a fantastic roof terrace with a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea. There is also a second balcony where the sun shines for breakfast. Chic furnishings, everything here, dog welcome - we like it! A great environment for quiet holidays, walks on the beach and much more. Linden Palais - always a pleasure! We have been here many times and have never been disappointed. Thanks to MeerFun, the flats are always tip-top clean, the staff always nice and helpful. Then there is the Schwanen Cafe in the house. There are lots of delicious snacks here - be sure to stop in and try them.

We were more than thrilled with the flat - the great furnishings, the beautiful view over the sea. There were almost no wishes left unfulfilled - perhaps a microwave and a second lounger would be possible.

The flat is well equipped with everything you could wish for in a holiday flat. Especially pleasant are the two terraces, where we could sit in the sun and read even in February - warmly dressed. The fees for towels and bed linen, which are not included in the total costs, should be better communicated by the management. All in all, for couples with or without children, but definitely with a car because of the somewhat secluded location of the property, unreservedly recommended.

Beautiful flat with everything you need. It was especially nice to have the large roof terrace with sea view and on the other side the balcony, which directly bordered the small forest and already offered sun in the morning. We felt comfortable in the flat and so did our dog.
