Everything tip top, good service in the house. The only thing we missed was the cozy beer in the evening, outside in a beer garden which unfortunately doesn't exist nearby, as well as shopping opportunities.

This accommodation is perfect for singles or couples, small but nice. And all at an excellent price-performance ratio. 2 minutes to the beach, the car parked in the underground garage, even a laundry room is available if the vacation lasts longer and rental bikes can be ordered. Always happy to come back.

Every stay is always beautiful. Top location to the beach. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Improvement suggestions are taken up and implemented (roller blind). Great service from the rental office on site.

The flat was super nice. What we were missing was an oven, even if it was only a small one. We would also recommend installing a mosquito door so that you can ventilate constantly. The air was stuffy very quickly.

A well-equipped and very tastefully furnished flat for 2 to feel good and relax. Great service in the rental office, directly in the property. Unbeatable: the beach right in front of the door. We will be very happy to come back.

Flat 27 in the Lindenpalais is a well-equipped accommodation in an absolutely quiet location, even in the house there was absolute peace. The absolute proximity to the Baltic Sea beach (50m) is an advantage to be able to go swimming in the Baltic Sea first thing in the morning. The conditions for a day stay at the beach are up to you, the beach is not too crowded, but mostly populated by bathers from the hinterland. Absolutely quiet naturist bathing is possible in the direction of Börgerende (and beyond) (approx. 3km by bike). A disadvantage is the fact that there is no possibility to get fresh bread and a daily newspaper in the village. The possibility to order bread from the adjacent café only works from 10.00 a.m. - too late for my liking. The village itself is very small and has no tourist infrastructure. The very good ice cream parlour on the promenade and the beach snack bar close at about 6/19 pm - that's it. Since there is very little accommodation next to the posh hotel, the place is actually dead. In the evenings, the few holidaymakers and spa guests stroll along the promenade, but at least there is no crowding on the sea bridge for the sunset photo! If you're looking for a bar by the sea in the evening, you're in the wrong place - here you can enjoy a holiday in absolute tranquillity and beautiful nature and experience the contrast to the completely overcrowded Kühlungsborn, 4 km further away.
