The apartment was really good, the only negative was the sofa. It is so uncomfortable that an older person had difficulties getting up from it. The oven is missing, otherwise the apartment is beautiful.

We stayed in this apartment for two weeks in September 2018 and are very satisfied. It is spacious, bright, very clean, and modernly furnished. Everything you need is there. It is absolutely quiet both in the house and outside, the beach is just a few meters away. The underground garage and the lockable bicycle cellar are very pleasant. The staff in the house are always friendly and helpful.

Very nice, modern vacation apartment in the best location. The furnishings and equipment of the apartment are of high quality. We felt very comfortable there. Only downside: the kitchenette has no oven and the refrigerator has no freezer compartment. Anyone looking for a relaxed, quiet vacation is exactly right in Heiligendamm and the "Linden-Palais" complex.

The apartment was very well equipped except for a few minor things. A shoehorn or signage (when you come out of the elevator and are looking for your apartment or the trash area) would complete everything. Unfortunately, the apartment can't do anything about it, but you always had to drive a bit in the evening to find a restaurant or something similar. It is annoying to have to log into the Wi-Fi again and check a box on a website. Everything else was TOP!!! Everything is new, everything is clean, everyone is polite. A nice large shower, a cozy living kitchen. The kitchen was also very well equipped.

I recovered well over the 4 days. Enjoyed the beautiful apartment with the nice furniture, the view of the forest, and the sound of the sea. What is unfortunately still missing in Heiligendamm is a small shopping opportunity. I find the cleaning service very overpriced. I travel a lot and have not experienced it like this before.

Highly recommended - the tranquility of the forest, the proximity to the dreamlike natural beach, and the train connection to Bad Doberan or Kühlungsborn ("Molli") are uniquely beautiful. The holiday apartment WG 21 in the Linden-Palais offers quality and fits perfectly into the surroundings! The hygiene and health standards (e.g. for fighting the pandemic) on site have always been flawless and not restrictive to the holiday or freedom. The apartment is quietly located, modernly furnished, and well thought out. However, there are still a few hooks missing in the bathroom, as is always the case in holiday apartments. It would also be desirable to have mosquito protection on the balcony door. We felt comfortable there.

I had a good rest during the 4 days. Enjoyed the beautiful flat with the nice furniture, the view of the forest and the sound of the sea. What is missing in Heiligendamm is a small shopping possibility. I find the cleaning service very overpriced. Travel a lot, haven't experienced it like this yet.

The holiday flat 21 in the Linden-Palais fully met our expectations. Missing little things in the kitchen could make the satisfaction perfect. You notice that the people in charge have really thought about it. Be it with the available cleaning products as well as with the sunshade for the beach or the available umbrellas. A bread roll service for breakfast would be great, because the nearest bakery is in Bad Doberan. (We would recommend the Braun bakery; they have the best rolls :-) We would be happy to recommend the flat in the Linden-Palais to others.
