Die Wohnung war sehr ansprechend. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Blick von Balkon ins Grüne war auch sehr schön. Schlaf-Zimmer Bett war super. Alles gut.

Wir waren schon das dritte Mal im Lindenpalais und kommen gern wieder. Wir hoffen, dass diese Ruhe und Qualität noch lange erhalten bleibt. Danke auch an Meer[&]Fun dafür.

Highly recommended - the tranquility of the forest, the proximity to the dreamlike natural beach, and the train connection to Bad Doberan or Kühlungsborn ("Molli") are uniquely beautiful. The holiday apartment WG 21 in the Linden-Palais offers quality and fits perfectly into the surroundings! The hygiene and health standards (e.g. for fighting the pandemic) on site have always been flawless and not restrictive to the holiday or freedom. Our thanks go to the always friendly and competent reception staff at the Linden-Palais!

The apartment is quietly located, modernly furnished, and well thought out. However, there are still a few hooks missing in the bathroom, as is always the case in holiday apartments. It would also be desirable to have mosquito protection on the balcony door. We felt comfortable there.

I had a good rest during the 4 days. Enjoyed the beautiful flat with the nice furniture, the view of the forest and the sound of the sea. What is missing in Heiligendamm is a small shopping possibility. I find the cleaning service very overpriced. Travel a lot, haven't experienced it like this yet.

Very great, modern holiday flat in the best location. The furnishing and equipment of the flat is of high quality. We felt very comfortable there. The only flaw: the kitchenette has no oven and the fridge no freezer compartment. If you are looking for a relaxed, quiet holiday, Heiligendamm and the "Linden-Palais" complex are the place for you.

We stayed in this flat for a fortnight in September 2018 and are very satisfied. It is large, bright, very clean and modernly furnished. Everything you need is there. It is absolutely quiet, both inside and outside the house, and the beach is only a few metres away. The underground garage and the lockable bicycle cellar are very pleasant. The staff in the house are always friendly and helpful.

The holiday flat 21 in the Linden-Palais fully met our expectations. Missing little things in the kitchen could make the satisfaction perfect. You notice that the people in charge have really thought about it. Be it with the available cleaning products as well as with the sunshade for the beach or the available umbrellas. A bread roll service for breakfast would be great, because the nearest bakery is in Bad Doberan. (We would recommend the Braun bakery; they have the best rolls :-) We would be happy to recommend the flat in the Linden-Palais to others.

The flat was very well equipped except for a few small things. A shoehorn or signs (when you come out of the lift and are looking for your flat or the rubbish dump) would round everything off. Unfortunately, but this is not the fault of the flat, you always had to drive a bit in the evening to find a restaurant or something similar. It is annoying to log into the Wi-Fi again and again and to make a checkmark on a website. Everything else was TOP!!! Everything is new, everything is clean, everyone is polite. A nice big shower, a cute eat-in kitchen. The kitchen was also very well stocked.

The flat was really good, the only negative thing was the sofa. It is so uncomfortable that an elderly person had difficulties getting up again. The oven is missing, otherwise the flat is beautiful.
