Very pleasant and quiet residential complex. The staff are always very friendly. The apartment lacks nothing. The only downside is that shopping facilities are a bit far away, a local supply center is only available in Bad Doberan (~8 km). The beach, however, is only 100m away.

Very nice apartment in a well-kept and beautiful building close to the beach. Unfortunately, there are no shopping facilities in the town of Heiligendamm, neither a bakery nor other groceries, so you always have to be mobile and cannot do anything on foot.

We were in Heiligendamm for the first time and were greeted very nicely. The holiday apartment was perfectly equipped and spotlessly clean. The location is very good. Short distances to the beach and surroundings. We will come back next year.

The only downside was that the bedroom is directly above the underground car park. Unfortunately, the entrance lighting was on all night and shone into the window. Otherwise, we were very satisfied, especially with the friendly greeting and great service at reception.

We liked the Lindenpalais very much from the first moment. We were overwhelmed by the flat no. 13, which was furnished with love for detail. The excellently equipped flat is second to none. Even the kitchenette leaves nothing to be desired. We have seldom spent our holidays in such a comfortable flat. We cannot understand when guests talk about a bad location. With triple glazing of the windows, absolutely nothing can be heard from outside. The room is also well ventilated when the windows are closed. We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back.

The accommodation is very nice and the facilities are very good. The Wi-Fi is also very good. The location is great and the parking in the underground garage is also very convenient. One thing we didn't like. The accommodation is equipped according to the Corona rules. All the requirements are met. One week we were pretty much the only ones wearing masks in the accommodation. Every day, more than 90% of the guests did not wear a mask in the accommodation (when entering or leaving). Even whole families passed us in the narrow corridors without masks. We were disturbed by the fact that the conditions for the Corona rules are all in place, but no one from the staff feels responsible for implementing them. We ourselves are also annoyed by the whole Corona story with all the rules. But we are also annoyed when we are the only ones who stick to them. The rules are there and apply to everyone. We brought this up on the last day. The answer was that everyone is responsible for it. That's not right, the people in charge have to make sure that the Corona rules are respected. That really bothered us. Otherwise, we are 100% satisfied with our holiday.

The flat was top notch in all respects. There was really nothing missing. The location of the house is very good, the beach as described only about 50 m away. The underground garage and the bicycle cellar are very good. The area is ideal for cycling. If you need peace and quiet, this is the place for you. Only the departure time of 10:00 is definitely too early.

We found a very nice and high quality furnished bright flat with everything the heart desires. We slept very well and relaxed on the couch. We also liked the quiet location in the house and the proximity to the beach. The "Schwanencafe", located directly in the house, is also worth a visit. We will be happy to come back.

The flat is furnished with care and attention to detail in every respect. Everything necessary is available. At the same time, one has the feeling of really having enough free space in the living-dining area, in the bedroom and also in the cleverly designed bathroom. We were very happy about the terrace with the view into the green and the general location of the Linden-Palais. The staff of the house was pleasant and helpful. All this contributed to the fact that we could spend a wonderful, relaxing holiday. Many thanks to all who made this possible. We would be very happy to recommend this flat to others!
