Ein sehr schöne kleine und feine Ferienwohnung, die sehr hübsch und gemütlich eigerichtet ist. Hier fehlt es an nichts. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, und wir konnten uns von Anfang an wohlfühlen und erholen. Die zwei Terrassen konnten wir aufgrund des Wetters nicht nutzen; sie sind aber im Sommer sicher ein Traum. Die Betten sind nicht zu weich und sehr bequem. Wir konnten vom Bett aus die Molli hören :) Es sind nur wenige Schritte zur Ostsee. Im Haus gibt es ein tolles Café mit sehr leckerem Kuchen und einer sehr freundlichen Besitzerin. Außerdem gibt es noch einen kleinen "Klamotten"-Laden zum Shoppen. Das Parkhaus ist inklusive und echter Luxus. Die Parkbuchten sind ausreichend groß. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von der Mitarbeiterin von Meer-Fun empfangen und auch verabschiedet. Heiligendamm ist in der Vorsaison Anfang April sehr ruhig. Das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Man muss wissen, dass es keinerlei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß gibt. Man ist aber sehr schnell in Bad Doberan; dort gibt es alles, was man benötigt. Rundum empfehlenswert. Wir kommen wieder.

Sehr hübsch eingerichtet, in der Küche gute Ausstattung, nur wenige Meter zum Strand, Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, an der Rezeption sind alle sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung ist schön gelegen. Man ist schnell am Strand oder auf dem Spielplatz. Das Mobiliar wirkt schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Very nice apartment with an interesting lighting concept, with a few minor beauty flaws (wear and tear). The kitchen was equipped with all necessary utensils. The apartment was very clean. Two terraces invite you to linger in the fresh air. Very spacious shower and a nice large storage area at the sink in the bathroom.

The apartment was very nice, the place Heiligendamm was a big disappointment for us! The service of the company Meerfun will be remembered pleasantly by us. We would like to mention small details: a microwave would be great and the thin curtains, especially on the ground floor, were simply too thin!

Everything is fine, the flat is equipped with everything you need. As an improvement, I would suggest to equip the windows with mirror film and fly screens. I would describe the bicycle storage as poor. A huge underground garage and then a bicycle storage room that is far too small. Most holidaymakers have 2 or more bikes with them and no one really knows where to put them. In addition, in the age of electric bikes, there are not enough sockets to charge the bikes. We immediately felt at home in this modern and very tastefully furnished flat. The description corresponds exactly to the information on the internet. The location is great, only about 100 metres from the beautiful sandy beach. We can only recommend both the complex and the flat and will definitely come again.

We liked it very much in the tastefully furnished flat, nothing was missing. The beds (mattresses) were good. We felt very comfortable. What is missing in Heiligendamm is a bakery or kiosk where you can buy fresh bread rolls and the Bild newspaper in the morning.

A very beautiful small and fine holiday flat, which is very nicely and comfortably furnished. Nothing is missing here. The flat was very clean and we felt comfortable and relaxed right from the start. We could not use the two terraces because of the weather, but they are certainly a dream in summer. The beds are not too soft and very comfortable. We could hear the Molli from the bed :) It is only a few steps to the Baltic Sea. There is a great café in the house with very delicious cake and a very friendly owner. There is also a small "clothes" shop for shopping. The parking garage is included and a real luxury. The parking bays are big enough. We received a very friendly welcome and farewell from the Meer-Fun staff. Heiligendamm is very quiet in the low season at the beginning of April. We liked that very much. You have to know that there are no shopping facilities within walking distance. But you can get to Bad Doberan very quickly; you can find everything you need there.
All around recommendable. We will come again.

We were there for the second time and will come again. The flats are very beautifully and lovingly furnished. You feel at home right away. Everything is clean and in very good condition. The location is very quiet and directly on the beach. We are looking forward to next year.

Very nice and quiet complex. However, there is no possibility to eat out in the evening. The restaurants within walking distance are very expensive €€€€ - €€€€€. There is also no bakery or supermarket.

For a long weekend, three of us stayed in flat 09 in the Linden-Palais. We were greeted with a friendly welcome and arrived in a very tastefully furnished, well-equipped and clean little flat with even two cosy terraces with a beautiful view of a small forest. The distance to the sea is no more than 50 metres! A wonderful long sandy beach invites you to swim there. Everything was even more beautiful than expected. After checking out, we still had an hour to wait for the next Molli (the historic steam train that runs from Bad Doberan to Kühlungsborn and back), so we could easily leave our suitcases at the MeerFun office! Thank you for a wonderful time, we will be happy to come back.
