Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Eierkocher, Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen, Sparschäler, Staubsauger, Wäscheständer .... Lauter solche Dinge, die man nicht unbedingt voraussetzt und dann natürlich sämtliche Küchenutensilien, die man täglich benötigt. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Ganz toll. Man findet sich sofort zurecht und sehr willkommen. Einer der beiden Fahrstühle ist schräg gegenüber, was das Ein- und Ausladen der Gepäckstücke erleichtert. Der Parkplatz ist megabreit und super vorwärts wie auch rückwärts zu benutzen. Das Haus ist sehr leise, man hört keine Trittgeräusche der anderen Wohnungen, auch nicht im Flur. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Man kann sich Brötchen bestellen im Schwanencafé, welches sich im Haus befindet, von Mittwoch bis Sonntag ab 10:00 Uhr geöffnet. Beim Einzug bekommt man auch Spülmittel, Lappen, Tabs für die Geschirrspülmaschine, eine Spülbürste. Das ist ganz herzlich verpackt in einer kleinen Willkommenskiste. Das Büro Meerfun ist täglich besetzt, sodass auch hier eventuelle Fragen und Anliegen besprochen werden können. Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Die Wohnung verfügt über Fliegengitter sowohl im Wohnzimmer, wie auch im Schlafzimmer. Morgens hat man auf der Terrasse die Sonne, was zum Frühstücken top ist. Man hört das Meer rauschen. Wir wünschen Ihnen einen schönen Urlaub.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Kleines Manko: wir konnten den Fernseher im Schlafzimmer nicht benutzen, da es keinen Fernsehanschluss gab!

The apartment in a very good location was a good choice. Good equipment, from a hairdryer to an egg cooker, everything you need for a holiday, even if you want to take care of yourself. In bad weather, you can also have a reading and TV day on the comfortable sofa. The only real criticism is the lighting in the apartment. The owners should invest here, as the whole apartment is very dark despite the lights being on. We would book this apartment again.

The holiday apartment is very well laid out with plenty of space. Furthermore, it is well-equipped and tastefully decorated, and very clean. If you are looking for peace and quiet to relax, this is the perfect place. The apartment includes a very large parking space in the already large and perfectly thought-out underground garage. In summary, we felt very comfortable here in Heiligendamm and in the holiday apartment and can highly recommend it. Many thanks. The floor space of the apartment is sufficient for 3-4 people. The kitchen equipment is great for cooking enthusiasts. The beach and the sea can be reached very quickly! There is one disadvantage: there is no way to darken the living room (curtains or similar), although the sofa is intended as a sleeping place. The existing blinds provide privacy from the "curious" neighbors, but do not help against the influx of light: both the lights from the building on the opposite side of the apartment, which are on all night, and the morning light enter the living room unhindered. Therefore, don't forget your sleep mask (from the plane)!

The flat is spacious and very well equipped. We especially liked the covered terrace with the comfortable seating area. A walk in the morning or in the evening along the promenade and the pier of Heiligendamm is especially recommended. It is not crowded and very nice and quiet.

The flat is very stylish and furnished according to my taste. We didn't want for anything. The kitchen equipment was top. The bed was very good...very big and the mattresses were also very comfortable. The only drawback to this flat: the shady terrace. We had breakfast on the sunny terrace at half past eight and shortly before nine the sun was gone.

The Linden-Palais makes a very clean overall impression right from the start. We immediately felt at home and were very impressed by the furnishings and equipment of the flat. We didn't want for anything. The location itself is very good, you are directly at the beach in one minute. For people who want their peace and quiet and just want to relax, it is the perfect choice. I have rated this point with 4 out of 5 stars because we were missing a bit of "strolling". But that's not so bad, because you can get to Kühlungsborn very quickly by car, where there are of course many shops and you can stroll there very well. The price is definitely reasonable for this accommodation, we were very satisfied! We would immediately book a holiday flat in the Linden-Palais again.

We stayed at the Linden Palais with 3 adults and one child. Very friendly staff. It is also nice that you can rent bicycles on site. We liked the flat, it is a very quiet house. Would book again at any time.

The flat 03 in a very good location was a good choice. Good facilities, from hairdryer to egg boiler, everything you need for a holiday, even if you want to cater for yourself.
If the weather is bad, you can have a day of reading and watching TV on the cosy sofa.

The only real criticism is the lighting in the flat.
The owners should invest here, as the whole flat is very dark despite the lights being switched on.

The flat is equipped with everything, nothing is missing. Egg boiler, ironing board, iron, peeler, hoover, clothes horse .... All the things you don't necessarily need, and then of course all the kitchen utensils you need every day. Everything you need is there. It's great. You immediately feel at home and very welcome. One of the two lifts is diagonally opposite, which makes it easy to load and unload luggage. The car park is very wide and easy to use both forwards and backwards. The house is very quiet, you don't hear any footsteps from the other flats, not even in the hallway. The location could not be better. You can order bread rolls at the Schwanencafé, which is in the house, open from Wednesday to Sunday from 10:00 am. When you move in, you also get washing-up liquid, rags, tabs for the dishwasher, a washing-up brush. All this is warmly packed in a little welcome box. The Meerfun office is staffed daily, so that any questions or concerns can be discussed here as well. The house is very clean.
The flat has fly screens in the living room as well as in the bedroom. In the morning you have the sun on the terrace, which is great for breakfast. You can hear the sea. We wish you a wonderful holiday.
