We were with 3 adults and one child at the Linden Palais. Very friendly staff. It is also nice that you can rent bicycles on-site. We liked the apartment, it is a very quiet house. Would book again at any time.

The Linden Palace makes a very clean overall impression from the start. We felt comfortable right away and were very impressed by the furnishings and the equipment of the apartment. We lacked nothing. The location itself is very good; you are at the beach in one minute. For people who want peace and just want to relax, it is the perfect choice. I rated this point 4 out of 5 stars because we missed a little something for "strolling." But that's not so bad, as you can quickly get to Kühlungsborn by car, where there are of course many shops and you can stroll around very well. The price for this accommodation is definitely reasonable, we were very satisfied! We would immediately book a vacation apartment in the Linden-Palais again.

The apartment is very stylishly furnished and to my taste. We lacked nothing. The kitchen equipment was top-notch. The bed was very good...very large and the mattresses were also very comfortable. The only downside to this apartment: the shady terrace. We had breakfast at half past eight on the sunny terrace and just before nine the sun was gone.

50 meters from the sandy beach. What more could you want!? Otherwise, of course, very remote. Actually, everything around was great. I had overlooked that dogs are allowed. The apartment smelled of wet dog every 3 days. This is of course not for everyone. Still, there are 5 stars.

The apartment is fully equipped, nothing is missing. Egg cooker, ironing board, iron, peeler, vacuum cleaner, clothes drying rack... All kinds of things that you don't necessarily expect, and of course all the kitchen utensils that you need daily. Everything you need is there. It's great. You feel at home immediately and very welcome. One of the two elevators is right across, which makes loading and unloading luggage easier. The parking lot is super wide and easy to use both forwards and backwards. The house is very quiet; you can't hear any footsteps from the other apartments, not even in the hallway. The location couldn't be better. You can order rolls at the Swan Café, which is located in the building, open Wednesday to Sunday from 10:00 AM. When moving in, you also receive dish soap, cloths, tabs for the dishwasher, and a dish brush. This is warmly packaged in a small welcome box. The Meerfun office is staffed daily, so any questions and concerns can be discussed here as well. The house is very clean. The apartment has fly screens in both the living room and the bedroom. In the morning, you have the sun on the terrace, which is great for breakfast. You can hear the sound of the sea. We wish you a nice vacation.

A beautiful apartment in an equally lovely location. However, you need a vehicle to go shopping, as there are no facilities nearby. It is also possible to go by bicycle if available (Kühlungsborn approximately 5km away).

The apartment in a very good location was a good choice. Good equipment, from a hairdryer to an egg cooker, everything you need for a holiday, even if you want to take care of yourself. In bad weather, you can also have a reading and TV day on the comfortable sofa. The only real criticism is the lighting in the apartment. The owners should invest here, as the whole apartment is very dark despite the lights being on. We would book this apartment again.

The floor space of the apartment is sufficient for 3-4 people. The kitchen equipment is great for cooking enthusiasts. The beach and the sea can be reached very quickly! There is one disadvantage: there is no way to darken the living room (curtains or similar), although the sofa is intended as a sleeping place. The existing blinds provide privacy from the "curious" neighbors, but do not help against the influx of light: both the lights from the building on the opposite side of the apartment, which are on all night, and the morning light enter the living room unhindered. Therefore, don't forget your sleep mask (from the plane)!

The flat is spacious and very well equipped. We especially liked the covered terrace with the comfortable seating area. A walk in the morning or in the evening along the promenade and the pier of Heiligendamm is especially recommended. It is not crowded and very nice and quiet.

The flat 03 in a very good location was a good choice. Good facilities, from hairdryer to egg boiler, everything you need for a holiday, even if you want to cater for yourself.
If the weather is bad, you can have a day of reading and watching TV on the cosy sofa.

The only real criticism is the lighting in the flat.
The owners should invest here, as the whole flat is very dark despite the lights being switched on.
