The holiday home was very clean and tidy, just as it should be :-). At the reception, one was received and advised very kindly. The entire facility is very well-maintained and it's not far to the Baltic Sea. Thumbs up, can only recommend.

We felt very comfortable in the house. Everything was available in the house, very quiet location. A beautiful facility with a great playground and a short path to the beach. The cart was great :) The cleanliness of the house was okay, unfortunately not more. The mattresses in the children's room were too soft or sagging for us (everyone has a different impression). It was a nice vacation!

The holiday village Boltenhagen is quietly located and well-suited for families. Here one can unwind and recover from the noise of the big city. The reception at the front desk was very friendly. Our cottage was sufficiently well-equipped (the equipment varies depending on the booked property). The washing machine is a clear plus when traveling with children. We would have been very pleased with mosquito nets on the windows, as otherwise, you have many flying and crawling guests. Not everyone may like that. It was great that the rooms could be well darkened with the external shutters. The price for the final cleaning (80 euros) is quite hefty, especially when booking just a weekend. For that, I would have expected a bit more cleanliness in one or two places (dusty cobwebs, partially unclean dishes in the cupboard). Nevertheless, we would come back anytime.

Beautiful holiday apartment in a good location! Short distances to the beach, playground, grocery stores, and bakery. It is a bit further to the village (center). But that doesn't matter. A small drawback is the equipment. There were only a few plates available, so the dishwasher ran every day (that doesn't necessarily have to be). Personally, we also missed a stool in the bathroom so that the children could reach the sink better. All in all, we had a nice holiday.

The location of the holiday village is ideal and the house is tastefully furnished, great terrace with beach chair and awning. The only downside was that the 2 bicycles were locked in the shed, so we had to rent bicycles from them. We find the rental price of 10 € per day and bicycle somewhat excessive (the average in the area is 8 €). Otherwise, we find the service, friendliness, and cleanliness completely satisfactory. We would be happy to come back.

We were somewhat surprised by the price of the final cleaning: €70 is a lot. Otherwise, the house was well equipped with everything and very clean. We were able to experience a relaxing vacation: short distances to the beach and to the town. Shopping and restaurants were easily accessible.

We have already spent our vacation in the holiday village for the second time. As in the first time in 2013, we were very satisfied this time as well. The facility is well located and still quiet. The house has everything you need. A tiny little downside is the lack of a grill on the terrace - we would have liked one to be there - but it wasn't mentioned in the description. Now someone is standing there, we bought a cheap one and left it there because it no longer fit in the car. Thank you again, it was a nice vacation - just the weather... but no one can do anything about that ;-)

We were in house 29a for the 3rd time and felt comfortable again. The house has good amenities and is well maintained. Important for the booking is that there is no Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, the planting around the terrace is unkempt and overgrown. This needs urgent attention.

Already after our last vacation in October, I thanked you with an email. We have been to the holiday village Pappillon twice so far. We were also thrilled with the apartment. The location was wonderful. Unfortunately, the peace was not quite there due to the upstairs tenants. Since we live in the city center of Jena, we look for very quiet accommodations. With house 29a, we made a lucky find in the fall. The season and the approaching autumn calm provided for a very relaxing stay. We have already booked again for April and hope that we can be with you again. All the staff are very friendly, right down to the janitor. The bread roll cart in front of the reception is pure luxury. Thanks again to the staff member who handled our "emergency" at the reception very empathetically in autumn 2015. Our daughter, son-in-law, and grandson were out at the cliff coast when darkness fell, rain started, the mobile connection was lost, and the sea pushed it further against the cliff coast. We hope for all owners and also for you as a rental service that most vacationers appreciate the facilities and handle them carefully. The holiday home can be easily rented online, and if there are any questions or problems on site, help is provided quickly and kindly.

The house is located very quietly in a beautiful complex. What I really liked is that there are shutters. This way, I was able to sleep very well undisturbed. The kitchen is equipped with everything one needs. In the small garden, there is sunshine in the afternoons. In the upstairs WC, one must be very careful not to hit their head as the ceiling is quite slanted. Unfortunately, there is no Wi-Fi at all in the house. In other houses of the complex, I had Wi-Fi before.
