The house was very clean and neatly furnished. However, there is a drawback regarding the attic. It is simply not suitable for tall people, as you cannot stand upright in the bathroom at any point. The situation is a bit better in the bedroom, but in other houses in the holiday village, the slanted ceilings were not as extreme.

The clean apartment was very suitable for 4 adults, a 9-year-old child, and a medium-sized dog, as the sofa bed for 2 adults is low but really comfortable. There is enough space and dishes available. The entrance area is pleasantly spacious, and the apartment is also not noisy. Since we traveled in winter, we unfortunately could not use the beach chair and the sheltered terraces... a reason to come back at another time ;-) At another time of year, there is also a lockable shed (in winter, there are carts, a grill, and garden furniture, which look good, inside) for the bikes. The location was optimal for us. Close to the center but not in the hustle and bustle. It took us 15 minutes to get to the spa park at a leisurely pace with an 82-year-old on a walker.

Quickly found from Hamburg. Friendly reception at the front desk, parked directly at the holiday home. Quickly unpacked and off to the beach. Woken up well-rested with fresh rolls. Day trips during the day and relaxed in the beach chair watching the children play.

We vacationed in this house with 2 adults and 3 children, and we really liked it. This applies to both the furnishings and the location of the house. The only thing that took some getting used to was the very hard sofa bed in the living room.

The only thing to criticize is that for a six-person holiday home, there is only one parking space for a car. Despite the many free parking spaces on the premises, it was not possible to park the second vehicle upon inquiry. I found that disappointing. With such low occupancy, it would have been a small effort. Otherwise, a very nice facility in a top location.

We were in the holiday village for the second time and we really enjoyed it again. Unfortunately, the placement of the cabinets in the kitchen/living room area is somewhat difficult for "non-giants." Glasses can only be taken from the cabinet with the help of a chair, and the general counter space is very limited. We had to place the microwave on the washing machine in the bathroom. Despite everything, a very nice vacation - we will definitely come back.

For 5-6 people, it is a bit cramped. A second television would also make sense... Otherwise, it was a good and quiet location... I would recommend it further.

Overall, everything is okay. The apartment could be easily beautified (made cozier) with small details. Unfortunately, the vacuum cleaner belonging to the house was completely clogged.

This apartment is excellent for families. As described in the ad. For 4 adults, it is difficult due to the slopes and sometimes also painful :-). The furniture could be modernized in one or two places. Otherwise, we had a few nice and above all quiet days. Thank you.

Our vacation in the holiday village/Boltenhagen was very enjoyable, and we will come back. It's a shame that there are no toilets directly on the beaches. It's annoying to have to leave the beach and cross the road to go to the toilet and then have to pay there. Otherwise, everything was great.

We have been booking with Nordic since 2016. We have had the Sünnslag apartments, the Papillon apartments, and in the last few years, we have always booked the house. In all three accommodations, you feel comfortable right away. All are lovingly furnished, clean, and close to the beach.

The accommodation is nicely furnished; however, the slanted ceilings on the upper floor are a problem for people over 1.75m tall. If you're not careful, you often hit your head. The living room is a bit dark.

Problems (clogged drain in the shower, no Wi-Fi) were quickly resolved by the caretaker. Great location with many trees, so often very dark in the living area.

Everyone has different expectations, but we (56, 62, 26, 32, 5, dog) would book it again, even though the ceiling height in the bathroom above is unusual for people over 176 cm. The house is well-located and is top-equipped. The furniture is very good. I have never had such good cooking utensils in a vacation apartment before. Since we had great weather this time, we could use the garden furniture, including the beach chair. So nice. We booked through Nordic Btenhagen and were very satisfied again. Contact, booking, processing, and information went super.

The house has been beautifully renovated and partially refurnished; the bathrooms have new sinks, and the shower is now on the same level. We were positively surprised to find the house so nicely done after a year of forced closure (Corona). We will gladly come back again.
