Our short stay in early May and the vacation in the first two weeks of July were -as always- simply beautiful. We found the apartment in both cases -also as always- in the best cleanliness. However, the biggest experience in July was when we arrived a day early due to our oversight. And even in this case, which was so difficult, the team at Nordic-Vermittlung helped us incredibly competently and in an outstanding manner. We were provided with a very nice holiday apartment at short notice, with so much effort from the team, and only for one night. We were then able to fully enjoy our dream vacation at the 'Strandvilla Scholle' the next day as booked. Thank you again sincerely, dear Nordic team, for everything! We felt very comfortable and at home in the property Beach Villa Scholle. The booking, the contact with the reception, and the key handover were absolutely uncomplicated and very accommodating. Especially nice are the great amenities with everything you need, the top location right on the beach promenade, where you can reach the center with a short walk, is right by the beach, and has a great sea view. Not far away, you can shop and get fresh rolls in the morning.

The accommodation "Scholle" is great. Clean, comfortable, tastefully furnished apartments. We had apartment 5 for the 2nd time, we had a parking space in the underground garage with an elevator from the garage to the apartment. Simply genius. Some things could be added. The kitchen chairs could be a bit sturdier. The installation of insect screens would be sensible. A small bench in front of the house. The owner provided grills with ceramic plates, we tried them out too... would say it's okay.

This vacation was a hit! Not only blessed with great weather, we experienced an unforgettable week. Through friends' recommendation, we booked a free week in this beautiful house. Even the first contact and the booking through the agency was so pleasant, friendly, and competent that we were already looking forward to it, regardless of the weather. Upon arrival, we were not disappointed; on the contrary. A really very nice apartment in a very quiet house. Pure relaxation! Perfectly prepared for the next guests. A very nicely furnished attic apartment, with beautiful amenities! The kitchen with its seating is a bit cramped, otherwise well equipped! The two bathrooms are nice, the main bathroom very spacious! The living room with its view directly onto the Baltic Sea is simply wonderful! The sofa bed is easy to handle and very comfortable - I was positively surprised! We would gladly seek another stay in this beautiful apartment!

The apartment feels like coming home. One feels comfortable right away. Very tastefully furnished. Only the bed leaves something to be desired. IKEA cheap bed, one had to be afraid that the bed or the headboard would break apart. The location is great, as there was a direct path to the beach, which at this point was also not overcrowded. We would come back anytime.

The accommodation offers everything for a relaxing holiday; we always bring our own pillows and mattress toppers because we find the mattresses too soft... we have the underground parking space, so everything is simply taken in the elevator and done.

Relaxation in this accommodation is 100%, just the location and the view compensate for everything. The flat is directly at access point 17 and it only takes 2 minutes to get to the beach. The furnishings are bright and modern and completely adequate. After a "strenuous" day at the beach, you can wonderfully use the elevator, which I would not want to do without anymore. The accommodation was clean upon arrival. The mattresses could be firmer and the dining chairs in the kitchen could be wooden chairs. Currently, they are fabric chairs and not very comfortable. Conclusion... highly recommended.

We were now at the Strandvilla Scholle for the third time and, as always, felt very comfortable. Nothing is missing - everything is available. The location is top-notch. Apartment No. 5 is a bit "tighter" due to the sloped ceilings, but completely sufficient. As mentioned in December, the skylights could be cleared of cobwebs. The staff at Nordic were very friendly and helpful.

The beach villa Scholle is highly recommended. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. It's only a few steps to the beach, and the promenade encourages strolling. The center is easily accessible on foot (all barrier-free). Boltenhagen is always worth a trip.

We have been guests at the Beach Villa Scholle for the second time. As always, everything was very nice. The view and the proximity to the sea - dreamy. This time we had the apartment on the 2nd floor. Although it is a bit smaller due to the slanted ceilings, it is completely sufficient. The bedroom is somewhat cramped, and the beds could be a bit more comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The kitchen chairs are a bit impractical, but it was manageable with some cushions for extra padding. We can recommend the beach villa Scholle.

An accommodation with the highest relaxation factor, good amenities (one can only complain at the highest level here, as there is always something to find if one wants to; for us, it was the mattresses in the bedroom (way too soft); since we knew this as regular guests, we brought a topper along, and the kitchen chairs, which are too low and hard to clean, other chairs would have been better during the Corona times). A slightly better cleaning in terms of cobwebs and balcony cleaning would be appropriate. The location is of course perfect, Entrance 17 is only 2 minutes away. Apartment 5 has a underground garage, which naturally minimizes the stress of carrying luggage and shopping. But as mentioned, this apartment is highly recommended.

For 30 years we have been visiting Boltenhagen. This accommodation (Scholle Whg. 05) has everything a relaxing holiday needs. Underground parking, no carrying luggage due to the lift. It is clean, spacious, has 2 toilets, which is quite significant, and is nicely furnished. A few small things could be reconsidered. The kitchen chairs should be more stable, have a higher and smaller seat. A fan should be available for the very warm days. The balconies should be cleaned once upon arrival, then one can take care of it oneself. However, these criticisms are really complaints at the highest level.

A really beautiful vacation apartment. Nice and bright with a dreamlike view of the beachfront promenade and the Baltic Sea. However, it is not suitable for 4 people, as the pull-out couch in the living room practically reduces the space so much that it is no longer usable. You would need to put away the bed every morning and set it up again in the evening. The bathroom and toilet are very spacious. In the kitchen, we missed having a good coated frying pan. The double bed in the bedroom is quite small at 80x2000 cm. We also found it negative that the window in the bedroom cannot be fully opened, but can only be tilted for safety reasons. However, overall the advantages clearly outweighed the disadvantages.
