The apartment was not the one we originally booked (construction work), but we received a more than equivalent replacement. Amenities, location, etc. can be rated without hesitation with 5 stars. We also really liked the uncomplicated handling. We can only recommend this apartment.

The location of the apartment is excellent on the waterfront promenade. You can see the sea and hear the waves - simply beautiful. The furnishings are perfect. There is also plenty of space for clothes and personal belongings. The two balconies - one facing the sea and the other the sun - invite you to linger. Everything was spotless; it's a pity that the beds are not made. Boltenhagen is a very pretty and lively seaside resort; it's a shame that practically no concerts take place in the spa square - supposedly due to objections from residents. The underground garage is completely unsatisfactory due to its excessive narrowness. With our Mercedes A 170, we had great difficulties getting in and only dared to come out again at the end of our vacation. Another resident with a small Opel struggled for an hour in the underground garage and then drove out backwards; he then parked on the sidewalk to the house. Considering the underground garage, the beautiful apartment cannot really be recommended - unfortunately.

very nice, bright and friendly furnished apartment but some need for improvement: 1. Chairs at the dining table uncomfortable, you sit too low, as the seat gives way 2. Salad utensils were missing 3. Teapot likewise 4. Beer glasses would have been nice 5. Shoe cleaner (electrical?) at the entrance would be sensible to avoid bringing sand and other dirt into the stairwell 6. Inventory list for dishes etc. would be useful 7. Blinds at the kitchen window

The apartment meets many requirements. It is equipped with high-quality furnishings (solid furniture, great flooring) and offers enough space for 4 people. The sleeping places are also very comfortable. The kitchen is also very nicely furnished. The 2 balconies are great. Some certainly feasible improvements: - a 2nd chair in the bedroom for laying down clothes for the 2nd. Person - the great big mirror in the hallway would be better used vertically - For the great big bathroom, cleaning supplies and a shelf for shower items would be very helpful. The toilet paper holder is placed too far away. Not every guest can bend acrobatically.

The apartment is located directly on the beach promenade with partial sea view. We missed a sound system and a bit more dishes and cutlery would have been nice. The decor matched our taste 100%. However, what is not acceptable were the pillows. So thick that neck pain is preprogrammed. Therefore, not a full 5 stars in the rating. But we would book there again, as the location is simply top.

We were the first tenants of this beautiful holiday apartment and were very satisfied. The newly built house is gorgeous, with an underground garage/parking spaces, an elevator, balconies, very tastefully furnished holiday apartments, and of course a top location. In the holiday apartment, we lacked nothing; everything is furnished in Baltic Sea style, with very large spacious wardrobes where everything really finds its place, and everything was considered regarding the kitchen furnishings. The evenings can be enjoyed on the balcony facing the Baltic Sea while listening to the sound of the waves. We felt very comfortable in the beach villa, liked that it was close to the beach, and it was 1000 meters to the center, which was easy to walk. An Edeka market was in the immediate vicinity.

Very nice apartment in a great location… it's about 2 km to the spa park along the promenade, we didn't mind at all. The bakery in the supermarket is only a 5-minute walk away. Everything is high quality, except for the TV sets. And there is only an unprotected Wi-Fi access - anyone wanting to work there is not exactly fast and secure. If you want to use your own data volume, it might not be comfortable because the network availability was not very good. But overall, we had a very nice time there and would rent the apartment again.

Autumn vacation directly on the beach promenade with a view of the Baltic Sea, and still quiet! Restaurants and shopping options are easily reachable on foot. Tastefully furnished large holiday apartment and many cabinets to store everything. Good parking spaces for cars are also available. We were able to relax well!

We would like to describe it in one word... BULLSEYE!! Everything was perfect. The private parking spot right in front of the apartment building, the elevator, the very nice and fully equipped vacation apartment with a great direct view of the Baltic Sea from the balcony. The sofa bed in the living area was just right for me to sleep on. Firm. While the bed in the bedroom is rather soft. The bathroom was clean and spacious. We will definitely come back.

Slightly away from the center and right by the beach, you can enjoy the peace and quiet while still being quickly where the action is. Shopping opportunities nearby, fresh rolls available from 7 a.m. What more could you want?

Boltenhagen is a very pretty and lively seaside resort; it's a shame there are practically no concerts at the spa square - supposedly due to complaints from residents. Completely unsatisfactory is the much too narrow underground garage. With our Mercedes A 170, we had the greatest difficulties getting in and only dared to come out again at the end of our vacation. Another resident with a small Opel struggled for an hour in the underground garage and then drove out backwards; he then parked on the walkway to the house. In view of the underground garage, the beautiful apartment really cannot be recommended - unfortunately.

We were the first tenants of this beautiful vacation apartment and were very satisfied. The newly built house is stunning, with an underground garage/parking, elevator, balconies, very tastefully furnished vacation apartments, and of course a prime location. The vacation apartment lacked nothing; everything is furnished in Baltic Sea style, with very large spacious closets where everything really has its place, and everything was considered in terms of the kitchen furnishings. You can enjoy the evenings on the balcony facing the Baltic Sea while listening to the sound of the waves. Thank you once again for the lovely vacation; we felt very comfortable and will come back. We felt very comfortable in the holiday apartment in the Strandvilla Scholle. The apartment is excellently equipped, lovingly furnished in a maritime style, and very well-maintained. It was well-suited for us as a family of three. The location is absolutely unbeatable, in close proximity to the beach and yet very quiet. By the time of our departure, we had already agreed that we would like to return next year. Here are two improvement suggestions: The chairs (in the style of director's chairs) around the dining table are quite impractical, and it's uncomfortable to sit on them. If they ever need to be replaced, more space-saving models with a higher seat height would definitely be better. The pillows are too large and very bulky, unfortunately quite uncomfortable. Perhaps a better alternative can be found here when the opportunity arises.
