The apartment is located directly by the sea. Because there were no leaves on the trees in March, we could see the sea from the living room - great! The apartment is modern and tastefully furnished, the beds are very comfortable, and everything you need is there. The second balcony facing the land allows you to sit in the sun. The apartment pleased us very much; we felt comfortable right away. The location on the beach promenade is excellent. There are still a few small things missing in the apartment: definitely more hangers, a bread basket, a milk jug, a sugar bowl, a small fruit knife. Curtains or pleats in the kitchen would also be quite good. The parking space for apartment No. 3 is located in the underground garage and is unfortunately a complete misplanning.

The house is new and appropriately equipped. With two balconies, you always find a good spot. The sun shines into the kitchen in the morning. It’s only 30 seconds to the beach. The location is really very good. The IKEA bed is okay for a week, but I personally wouldn’t have bought it. 100 euros more for the mattress would have been a good investment. The underground garage is not recommended for larger cars, as it is very narrow, especially for apartment 3. We were able to use an outdoor parking lot after consultation.

Everything is just really great. Especially with limited mobility, this apartment in close proximity to the Baltic Sea is simply fantastic. The next stay for 2026 is already booked, and we are looking forward to it again.

The location of the apartment is unbeatable, just a stone's throw from the beach. We also really enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony by the promenade! The apartment has everything you need—however, a better-equipped kitchen would be desirable for those who cook a lot. The apartment is very modern, and decor is, as is known, a matter of taste—for us, it lacked a bit of coziness. The bed gets a negative point. The material of the mattresses and the comforters (50% polyester) did not feel good, and the pillows were so oversized that we couldn't actually sleep on them. Moreover, in our view, the kitchen chairs are a design flaw—comfortable seating was difficult. Overall, however, we gladly recommend the apartment!

Good, Scandinavian-style holiday apartment in a quiet location. A downside is the dining chairs and dining table in the kitchen. Regardless of size or build, sitting for longer periods is hardly possible. This has been criticized since 2019. A shelf in the shower and a proper teapot would also be desirable. Otherwise, good amenities. Location on the outskirts of Boltenhagen, trees all around, directly by the beach, elevator - everything is perfect for us. Friendly staff at Nordic. Until next year.

The beach villa Scholle is practically right by the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. Only the newly built pier on the beach makes the old charm of Boltenhagen feel lacking. It's a shame, as the original beach accesses were what made the place special. The apartment is very well equipped.

A somewhat restricted sea view through the trees, which is not negative. A 10-minute walk along the beautiful beach path takes you to the pier. The only downside is definitely the chairs in the dining area. Absolutely uncomfortable and too low in relation to the table. A shelf in the shower for shower gel, etc. would also be desirable. Additional plus point: the elevator for the luggage. Would book this apartment again at any time. We felt very comfortable.

The holiday apartment Hering in Haus Scholle comes highly recommended. First-class location (a pleasant walk to the town center), situated directly on the Baltic Sea (only separated by a footpath with a view of the Baltic Sea and the sound of the waves), and excellently equipped (complete kitchen setup leaving nothing to be desired, plenty of storage options, and stylish maritime decor). Naturally, the good restaurants nearby are worth mentioning. It's all about feeling good!
