Description
Arrive and feel at home - that's what you can do in this summer house. The furnishings are modern and lovingly decorated. On 40 m², up to 4 adults + toddler find enough space for a relaxing holiday. The large living area, with integrated kitchen, dining table, sofa and wood-burning stove offer the best conditions for a cosy get-together. You can sleep late in one of the two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed. In the fully equipped kitchen you can prepare and enjoy all your favourite dishes. In the bathroom, the large, ground-level shower and underfloor heating provide the necessary comfort. Digital entertainment is provided by the free Wi-Fi and 2 satellite TVs.
There is a large south-facing terrace in front of the house. From the terrace you have an unobstructed view over the field to the forest. The view into the distance invites you to dream. The property is approx. 200 m² large and cannot be seen through a hedge. You can park your bicycles safely and dryly under a roof at the house. You can park your car directly at the house.

The place
Hohen Viecheln is a small, dreamy fishing village at the northern tip of Lake Schwerin. The guests who come here feel very much at home. In the village, you can reach a restaurant, the fisherman with fish sales and boat rental, the lakeside outdoor pool with a large sunbathing lawn and beach volleyball court, a playground and a bus stop in just a few minutes. Well-developed cycling and hiking trails around Lake Schwerin and to the Baltic Sea lead directly through the village.

The holiday resort of Hohen Viecheln is located at the northern tip of Lake Schwerin. Thanks to its central location between the state capital Schwerin and the Hanseatic city of Wismar, you have short distances to countless leisure activities and sights. The Baltic Sea is also only 20 minutes away by car. Popular destinations include the Wonnemar leisure and adventure pool, the Mumpitz indoor playground, the island of Poel, the old town and harbour of Wismar, Schwerin Castle and the Schlosspark Center shopping centre in Schwerin.

Dieses kleine Haus lädt zum Erholen ein . Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend , der Kamin lädt auch an frischen Tagen zur Gemütlichkeit ein .

Dream vacation
It was magical in the summer house with a beautiful garden for my little son to play in. Everything we needed was there. We immediately felt at home.... lovingly decorated... there was a little welcome greeting on the table. It was an ideal starting point for our daily excursions. I was looking for peace and found it.... no other people in sight.... right by the field with a wonderful view and almost every evening a fantastic sunset. We felt very comfortable and would have loved to stay longer. We will definitely come back????⚓️?⛵️?????

Pure relaxation.
A beautiful, small holiday home in a small fishing village with all the comforts and plenty of space. My partner and I spent some relaxing days here in glorious weather and we are glad to have found this modern and newly furnished cottage. We gladly used the garden and the great terrace and enjoyed our time there very much. The landlords are super friendly and always reachable. The Baltic Sea can be quickly reached by car and we took beautiful bike tours with our e-bikes.

The perfect place for a time out
The summer house has a perfect location for guests looking for peace and relaxation. And is a good starting point for excursions in the surrounding area or to explore Mecklenburg Vorpommern.
The house is super clean and beautifully furnished. A fireplace provides cosy warmth on cool evenings and in nice weather you can use the terrace and meadow in front of the house.
Ideal for 2-3 people but also a family with 4 people can spend a nice time here.
The landlords are very nice and friendly. Thank you very much for letting us spend our holiday with you. We enjoyed our time very much, would love to come back and would definitely recommend the summer house to others.

Ferienhaus Hohen Viecheln
Schönes Ferienhaus in schöner Natur. Leider war der Blick in die weite Landschaft nicht gegeben, da die Hecke zu hoch war. Für die Terasse wäre ein Pavillon zu empfehlen, da der Schirm nicht viel abdeckt, und sehr unstabil ist. Ein Wäschständer wäre auch empfehlenswert für Duschtücher und Badesachen. Das sind ja kleine Dinge, die schnell zu machen sind.

Viel Natur und absolut ruhige Lage
Das kleine Ferienhaus war Top renoviert und modern sowie gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die tolle Terasse war unser Hauptaufenthaltsort. Morgens mit Kaffee, abends mit einem Glas Wein. Man ist schnell in Wismar, Schwerin und Boltenhagen am besten mit dem E-Bike. Die Landschaft ist teilweise recht hügelig. Zu Fuß zum Badesee sind es ca. 12 Minuten. Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder nach Hohen Viecheln.

Tolles Ferienhaus
Wir haben uns von anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und es war alles da was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht.
Die Vermieter haben einen tollen Ordner angelegt, indem viele Aktivitäten und allgemeine Informationen vorhanden waren.
Außerdem waren sie immer erreichbar und dabei sehr freundlich und verständnisvoll.
