In the beautiful Schwerin lake landscape, not far from the Baltic Sea coast, you will find peace and relaxation here. With great attention to detail, contemporary and sophisticated design, the house radiates warmth and security, combining modern and playful style elements. The house is divided into a total of 3 holiday flats.
The 55 m² holiday flat is designed for up to two people. On the first floor, you will find a modern flat with a large living/bedroom and integrated kitchen as well as a bathroom with bathtub and WC. You can relax and recharge in the comfortable double bed. For your entertainment, there is a 49-inch smart TV with sound bar, which you can also control as a radio or music player via your smartphone. From the window you have a direct view of Lake Schwerin. In the spacious garden, with fruit meadow and access to the lake, garden furniture and barbecue are ready for you. 3 single kayaks are available to all guests of the house free of charge.

The place
Hohen Viecheln is a small, dreamy fishing village on Schwerin Lake. The guests who come here feel very much at home. The village lies on the edge of the Döpe nature reserve. In Hohen Viecheln you can walk to the fisherman with fish sale and snack bar, restaurant, playground, boat rental, bathing beach with large sunbathing lawn and bus stop. Well-maintained cycling and hiking paths lead through the village.
Leisure and excursions
As the third-largest inland lake in Germany, Lake Schwerin offers you a wide range of possibilities on land and on water. Thanks to its central location between the state capital Schwerin (20 km) and the Hanseatic city of Wismar (15 km), you are within easy reach of countless leisure activities and sights. The Baltic Sea is also only 20 minutes away by car. Popular excursion destinations include the Wonnemar leisure and adventure pool, the zoo and Schwerin Castle, the island of Poel, the old town and harbour of Wismar and the beautiful beaches of the Baltic Sea Boltenhagen and Wohlenberger Wiek.
In the nearest town of Bad Kleinen (approx. 3 km) you will find everything for your daily needs: supermarkets, shops, tourist information, bicycle rental, pharmacy, doctors, restaurant, guarded beach, etc.

Pure relaxation.....
A very beautiful place. The flat is very nicely and stylishly furnished.
The lake is very clean and the bathing area is right next door.
The landlady was very sympathetic and friendly.
Certainly not the last holiday there.

I have a house by the lake
It was a very successful holiday in a beautiful flat. We especially enjoyed the close proximity to the lake.
We went on many tours by bike, as the area is simply perfect for this.

Eine Unterkunft zum Wohlfühlen!
Wir verbrachten eine Woche in dem Appartement für zwei Personen mit Blick auf den See.Die Ausstattung ist top modern und sehr geschmackvoll.
Auch der gemütliche Garten mit schönen Essplätzen sowie Liegestühlen lädt zum Verweilen ein.Mit ein paar Schritten ist man an der schönen Badestelle, die in unserer Zeit, da eine Woche vor Ferienbeginn, zeitweise von Schülergruppen gut besucht war.
Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar für eventuelle Fragen.
Also ein gut zu empfehlendes Urlaubsdomizil!

Ferienwohnung für zwei Personen
Wir wurden von der Vermieterin sehr nett empfangen und waren begeistert von der tollen und liebevollen Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung sowie von der Umgebung und der Lage am Schweriner See. Der fehlende Balkon wurde durch den großen Garten mehr als ausgeglichen. Super als Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren sowie zum Kanu fahren und angeln.

Einfach herrlich!
In jeglicher Hinsicht eine tolle Wohnung(FeWo3). Die Lage ist idyllisch und nahe am See + Ruderbootnutzung. Wohnung ist modern und sehr sauber. Service der netten Vermieterin ist 1a. Alles ist so wie es sein sollte um sich zu erholen.
