In the beautiful Schwerin lake landscape, not far from the Baltic Sea coast, you will find peace and relaxation here. With great attention to detail, contemporary and sophisticated design, the house radiates warmth and security, combining modern and playful style elements. The house is divided into a total of 3 holiday flats. This flat is located on the 1st floor.
The 75 m² holiday flat is designed for up to four people. You can expect a modern furnished holiday flat with living room, integrated kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet as well as two bedrooms with comfortable double beds. For your entertainment, there is a 49-inch smart TV with sound bar, which you can also control as a radio or music player via your smartphone. From the window you have a wonderful view, past a thatched house, directly onto Lake Schwerin. In the spacious garden, with fruit meadow and access to the lake, garden furniture and barbecue are ready for you. 3 single kayaks are available to all guests of the house free of charge.

The place
Hohen Viecheln is a small, dreamy fishing village on Schwerin Lake. The guests who come here feel very much at home. The village lies on the edge of the Döpe nature reserve. In Hohen Viecheln you can walk to the fisherman with fish sale and snack bar, restaurant, playground, boat rental, bathing beach with large sunbathing lawn and bus stop. Well-maintained cycling and hiking paths lead through the village.
Leisure and excursions
As the third-largest inland lake in Germany, Lake Schwerin offers you a wide range of possibilities on land and on water. Thanks to its central location between the state capital Schwerin (20 km) and the Hanseatic city of Wismar (15 km), you are within easy reach of countless leisure activities and sights. The Baltic Sea is also only 20 minutes away by car. Popular excursion destinations include the Wonnemar leisure and adventure pool, the zoo and Schwerin Castle, the island of Poel, the old town and harbour of Wismar and the beautiful beaches of the Baltic Sea Boltenhagen and Wohlenberger Wiek.
In the nearest town of Bad Kleinen (approx. 3 km) you will find everything for your daily needs: supermarkets, shops, tourist information, bicycle rental, pharmacy, doctors, restaurant, guarded beach, etc.

Wunderschönes Haus am See
Sehr schöne helle Ferienwohnung in wunderschöner und sehr ruhiger Lage.
Die Ausstattung ist komfortabel und es ist alles da was man für einen Urlaub benötigt.

Super Ferienwohnung in sehr schöner Lage
helle freundliche, großzügig geschnittene Ferienwohnung mit gehobener Ausstattung, leider ohne Balkon, sehr nette Vermieter, super Lage direkt am See mit Bade- und Angelmöglichkeiten für den entspannten Urlaub ohne das übliche Sightseeing-Muss.
Restaurants in der Nähe sind leider nicht wirklich vorhanden, dafür relativ kurze Wege auch bis direkt an die Ostsee.

Das Haus wird seinem Namen gerecht .
Das Haus liegt direkt am See . Die Wohnung war groß genug für 4 Erwachsene mit 2 Kleinkindern . Schön war auch der Spielplatz am Haus und der große Garten mit dem Grillplatz .

Eine wirklich wunderbare Ferienwohnung. Sehr gepflegt, modern und geschmackvoll. Die Betten sind sehr gut und die Vermieterin Frau Doberenz ist sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend und kinderlieb.
