Our friendly and modern furnished 3-room flat is located in a well-kept residential building with only four units. It was lovingly renovated and furnished by us in 2021. The two adjoining terraces, which are only used by you, invite you to linger and relax. Along the driveway and the private carport, you enter the bright hallway of the flat via the separate entrance, from which the living rooms lead off
The master bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm), a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Here you will also find a TV. The small bedroom at the front of the flat is also equipped with a bed (160x200 cm) and a wardrobe. The spacious and open living/dining area with TV corner (55 inch TV) and a wood-burning stove ensures cosiness even in bad weather. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, cooker, coffee maker, Dolce Gusto capsule machine, etc.), a bright shower room with underfloor heating belongs to the holiday flat. Furthermore, a lockable wooden shed is at your disposal, which serves as a storage space for bicycles you have brought with you.

The "Ankerplatz" holiday flat is attractively located in the amber spa/spa Loddin on the sunny Baltic Sea island of Usedom. Between Koserow and Ückeritz, at the narrowest point of the island of Usedom, lies the small village of Kölpinsee. It stretches from the Baltic Sea to the Achterwasser. The beautiful Baltic Sea beach is only about 10 minutes away on foot and many hiking trails in the immediate vicinity offer space for rest and relaxation.
Thanks to the central location on the island of Usedom, you can reach the neighbouring amber resorts of Zempin, Ückeritz, Koserow, as well as the Baltic resort of Zinnowitz (approx. 9 km) just as quickly as the stately imperial resorts of Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck (approx. 14 km) comfortably by bike, car or train. An attraction for young and old is the "Karls" adventure village in Koserow (approx. 1.8 km away). Here you will find fun, games and adventure for the whole family!
In the immediate vicinity there are various shopping facilities, as well as restaurants, a private bakery with fresh bread rolls every day and a bicycle rental close to the beach.

Beautiful holiday flat
We (2 adults and 2 toddlers) felt very comfortable in the new and very lovingly furnished holiday flat. We wanted for nothing and it is in a great location to the beach. Full recommendation from us! We will be very happy to come back.
