Description
Dresden is always worth a visit.
The non-smoking holiday home is located on an approx. 400 sqm large, fenced property
The 35 sqm house is practically and modernly furnished. It offers space for max. 3 persons
The open living room with leather seating area, SAT TV, DAB+ radio, a dining area, clothes rack and wood-burning stove, invites you to linger in comfort.
The well-equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, fridge combination, 2-burner ceramic hob, microwave and all necessary utensils is located directly in the living area.
A shower room with floor-deep overhead shower, washbasin and toilet is directly off the living area.
The bedroom with double bed (160x200) and if required an extra bed, is equipped with a walk-in closet. A travel cot (without bedding) for the little ones is also available
On the terrace directly in front of the house, which is covered by a pavilion, there is a seating area for 4 people
2 sunbeds with cushions and a parasol are available for sunbathing on the adjacent lawn. The barbecue can also be used there as required.
The other lawn can be used for playing, e.g. badminton, or for a campfire in the fire bowl provided
A parking space is available at the holiday home, but only suitable for small cars, as the road is only partially passable.
Other parking spaces are directly in front of the entrance to the property or on the public road. Footpath to the holiday home approx. 150m.
Smoking is not permitted in the holiday home or on the wooden terrace.
Your pet can come with you by prior arrangement.
An hourly care with a walk of your pet can be offered after arrangement. (however, for a small expense allowance)

Baroque city Dresden, or Elbflorenz Dresden, one of the most beautiful cities in Europe, awaits you.
Due to its geographical location, its manageable size, harmoniously and romantically situated on the Elbe, Dresden is a very popular destination.
A variety of sights, such as the Semper Opera House, the Church of Our Lady, the Zwinger, or very close to the holiday home, the Blue Wonder (Loschwitz Bridge), the Loschwitz Church and Pillnitz Palace, are just a few tips for excursions. We will be happy to provide you with further suggestions at the holiday home.
We also recommend a hike to the top station of the suspension railway, which will take you down to the valley and then up the other side of the Körnerplatz with the funicular railway. In the Louisenhof, the balcony of Dresden, directly at the top station, you can enjoy upscale gastronomy. The walk through the very beautiful Weißer Hirsch district back to the holiday home rounds off the excursion.
The surrounding area is also within easy reach. Saxon Switzerland, the Osterzgebirge or further east the Zittau Mountains, Stolpen Castle, Moritzburg with its famous castle, are all within easy reach by car.
Of course, Dresden also has a varied nightlife. Whether culturally at the Semper Opera House, the Dresden State Theatre, in one of the many cinemas or culinary in the trendy Dresden Neustadt district with its wide variety of pubs and restaurants.
A variety of events, such as the Dresden Film Nights with the famous Kaisermania, the Dixiland Festival, the City Festival with its steamboat parade or, for example, in the surrounding area, the Moritzburg Stallion Parade are just a small selection. We will be happy to inform you about further offers.

| The final cleaning, additional costs, bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. For holidays with pets, a final cleaning fee of 20,-€ will be charged extra due to additional expenses. Bread roll service can be provided by arrangement. A deposit (100,-€) must be paid in cash on the day of arrival and will be charged with the electricity consumption (currently 0,36€ /kWh). |
Cancellation terms:
You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee (20% deposit) if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the scheduled check-in by 12:00 PM CET (Central European Time). For cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount.

The accommodation tax amounts to six per cent of the fee owed for the individual overnight stay, rounded down to full euro cents.
