The lovingly furnished holiday flat is accessible via 53 steps and consists of:
- large entrance hall
- two bedrooms, each with a double bed (the mattresses have different degrees of hardness), wardrobe, chest of drawers
- Living room with TV and corner couch - can be converted into a functional bed with mattress if required and comfortably accommodates 2 people - bed width 1.70 m
- Winter garden with a fantastic view towards Saxon Switzerland, the Ore Mountains and the river Elbe
- Biedermeier salon - equipped with a couch, which can be converted into a functional bed with mattress if required, which comfortably accommodates 2 people (bed width 1.60 m) - this room has a small balcony in the direction of the Elbe / south
- Dining room equipped with a 3m long dining table for 12 persons
- very large spacious bathroom with free-standing bathtub, shower, washbasin for 2 persons and WC
- separate WC with small washbasin
- Kitchen - fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster as well as crockery, glasses, pots and pans and other kitchen utensils

The bright and very spacious flat is located in the most beautiful villa district of Dresden in a very quiet location on the 2nd floor of a villa built in 1898 and is approx. 220 m² in size. The flat can be reached via a separate entrance and staircase (53 steps).
The flat captivates with its fantastic views of the surrounding parks, the Elbe River as well as the "Blue Wonder" and the Elbe Valley to the city centre of Dresden with its historic buildings.

Pure relaxation
The days in Dresden were wonderful. We can say the same about the holiday flat. The landlords are very friendly and helpful, the location is ideal for all excursions, the furnishings are very upscale and the history of the house and the park surrounding the house is gladly told by the landlord. Everything is very well maintained and clean. We would spend our holiday there again at any time.
