Description
The historic two-family house (built in 1890) consists of a total of 3 separate flats (one on each floor), which vary in size:
Apartment I from 38€ for up to 2 persons: 1 bedroom with double bed (180x200), living room with single beds and sofa bed, kitchen + bathroom. 65sqm for max. 6 persons
There is also a 4-room flat (85 sqm) with 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor
and a 7-room flat with 6 bedrooms in the attic incl. attic (160 sqm).
The following rooms/bedrooms would be available in the attic:
Bedroom 1 : Double bed 180x200, 1 single bed
Bedroom 2 : Double bed 140x200, 1 single bed
Bedroom 3 : 2 single beds
Bedroom 4: sleeping loft with 4 single beds (top height 1,40m)
Bedroom 5: sleeping loft with 2 single beds
Bedroom 6: sleeping loft with 4 single beds
Large living room with kitchen and 2 tables where everyone can sit (there are also 2 sofa beds).
1 bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin, washing machine
2 separate shower rooms
1 additional WC with washbasin
..160sqm in total.
The property has its own parking space (1 parking space for each flat).
If necessary, smoking is allowed on the covered outdoor terrace so as not to disturb the other guests.
Inside, it is cosy, bright, spacious and lacks nothing, although the furnishings are simple and practical.
It is not a hotel or luxury holiday flat; the price is deliberately designed to be unbeatable.
Bed linen and towels are provided and included; also the accommodation tax and a parking space. Internet and Wi-Fi are available free of charge, as is a washing machine
The kitchens are well equipped (ceramic cooker with oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker...), the bathrooms of apartment I + II have a bathtub+shower; in the master bedrooms there are large double beds (180x200) and on request a travel cot and high chair can be provided; there are also washing machines.
In the attic flat there are 6 bedrooms (3 of them are in the attic to which 2 stairs lead from the living room). There is also a bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin, 2 separate shower rooms and an extra bathroom with toilet and washbasin.

Location and surroundings of object
The location is really fantastic, as with a 5 min walk you have an impressive view over the Schönfelder Hochland, Dresden and the TV tower. It is also a perfect starting point for hiking tours through the heath and into Saxon Switzerland or for walks through romantic valleys and fields. At the same time, you can get to Dresden's centre very quickly: the bus stops almost at the front door, so you can quickly get to the trendy district of Dresdner Neustadt. A bakery and supermarket are within walking distance (8 minutes); 5 minutes away is the Gasthaus zum Hochland with a wide range of delicious dishes. Diagonally opposite is the old town centre with a beautiful park, duck pond and the oldest buildings in the district.
Other worthwhile nearby destinations are, for example, the three castles of Dresden, the Bühlau climbing park (especially for children.) , the Blue Wonder, the Körnerplatz, Pillnitz Castle, the Waldschlößchen, the TV tower, suspension railway and many more.

Super vacation
We stayed here for 7 nights and we didn't miss anything, the stay was relaxing and we would love to come back. We arrived with our 6 children and they were also very satisfied and could let off steam in the garden after the excursions. As parents, we were able to end the evening in the garden. Everything was available and if something was missing, the nearest supermarket was around the corner to possibly get something ourselves. There was always a contact person on site and they helped if there were any questions. Communication is everything :) so we would love to come back.

Ausstattung schlecht, nicht geputzt
Ich hatte Fewo1, diese war im Erdgeschoss.
Bad:
Im Bad gab es keine Ablage am Waschbecken und keinen Haken für ein Handtuch. Ebenfalls gab es kein Licht am Waschbecken was das Rasieren schwierig machte. In der Dusche gab es einen Vorhang der schon leicht verschimmelt war. Auch die Wände an der Dusche waren angeschimmelt. Die Bilder in diesem Angebot waren aber ganz anders!
Wohnzimmer:
Auf dem Tisch war ein dicke Staubschicht und auch die Heizkörper waren innen voller Staub. Der Schrank in der Ecke stammt geschätzt aus den 1970ern und war nicht schön anzusehen.
Küche:
Die Küche stankt nach Zigarettenrauch, und auch hier war von Sauberkeit keine Spur. Der Backofen war schmutzig und auf dem Blech war eine Ölpfütze! Es gab keinen Schäler, und meine Spülbürste hab ich mir lieber selber gekauft. Im Kühlschrank hatte mich vermierte Butter begrüßt.
Schlafzimmer:
Die Bettdecken hatten Flecken und die Bettwäsche roch nicht so ganz frisch. Die Schränke waren zur Hälfte mit Bettzeug belegt.
Allgemein:
An der Haustüre waren mehrere Einbruchsspuren zu sehen die teils nur notdürftig repariert wurden. Oben am Haus haben sich Vögel in der Isolierung Nester gebaut. Im Hausflur gab es eine erhebliche Dreckansammlung.
Die Mängel die ich dem Vermieter meldete wurden nicht behoben. Der Kontakt war nur über Email möglich.

Einfache, schöne Wohnung in toller Lage
Frau Leichsenring bat uns eine Bewertung zu schreiben, was wir hiermit sehr gern machen.
Zu allererst: Es war ein 10-tägiger wunderschöner Aufenthalt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung, insbesondere die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet; selbst Gewürze und Öl war vorhanden. Es ist einfach und praktisch eingerichtet und absolut sauber.
Wir waren mit unserer Wohnung wie gesagt mehr als zufrieden. Klar, an der Fassade muß noch etwas gemacht werden, aber innen ist alles wunderbar und es war jeden Tag jemand vor Ort, der sich gekümmert und geholfen hat.
Vielen lieben Dank nochmal und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Große Wohnung mit Garten, familienfreundlich
Wir waren im August diesen Jahres mit unseren Kindern und 4 Enkeln in der großen Dachgeschoßwohnung und waren sehr zufrieden. Für uns war es wichtig Parkplätze direkt am Haus zu haben und einen Garten in dem die Kinder spielen können, da wir Großeltern nicht mehr so gut zu Fuß sind. Insofern war das Objekt sehr passend für uns.
Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll einegrichtet. Überall ist Parkett verlegt, zur Freude unserer Tochter, die Allergikerin ist. Es war sauber und alles vorhanden...Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Geschirrspültabs, Seife. So viel Arbeit macht sich heutzutage kaum noch jemand.
Sehr praktisch war auch der Schlüsselsafe, da wir erst 22 Uhr anreisen konnten.
Vielen Dank für die schönen 2 Wochen bei Ihnen, wir kommen gern wieder.

Tolle Lage, geräumige Wohnungen
Wir hatten mit 3 Pärchen (inkl. Kindern) im Juli 2 Ferienwohnungen in dem Haus gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden!
Das Dachgeschoß ist riesig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet (Parkett, schöne Möbel) und die Kinder liebten den Spitzboden.
Außerdem hatten wir die Fewo I dazugebucht, die etwas kleiner war, aber auch sehr schön.
Die Küchen sind sehr gut ausgestattet und man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause. Allgemein war alles sehr sauber, praktisch und perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse. Der schöne Garten war für die Kinder großartig: komplett (für die Sicherheit) eingezäunt und wir durften von den Brombeeren und Sauerkirschen naschen, Grillen und uns wohlfühlen - einfach toll.
Der Preis für diese schöne Unterkunft ist noch dazu unschlagbar und wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn es uns mal wieder nach Dresden verschlägt.

Einfach super!
Wir können mit gutem Gewissen bei allen Kategorien 5 Sterne geben:
Die Ausstattung: ist hervorragend und es ist alles vorhanden was man zum Leben, Kochen und Wohlfühlen braucht.
Der Preis: ist für Dresden wirklich super und wir mußten (als Großfamilie mit Oma und Opa) lange suchen, um solche schönen Wohnungen zu finden.
Die Lage: ist etwas außerhalb, aber man kommt mit Auto oder öffentl. Verkehrsmitteln in wenigen Minuten ins Zentrum. Dafür hat man es schön ruhig und einen Garten vor der Haustür.
Service: Frau Leichsenring war stets bemüht uns bei allen Fragen behilflich zu sein und gab gute Tips; eine sympathische Frau und es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert.
Die Kinder schwärmen jetzt noch vom Spitzboden und der Schneeballschlacht im Garten, da es 2 Tage lang während unseres Aufenthaltes (Ende März) tatsächlich nochmal schneite.
Vielen Dank und wir kommen gerne wieder.
