The living/bedroom has a comfortable double wardrobe bed, a seating area and a dining area, a large flatscreen TV and a modern fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher. High-quality shower room/WC. Completely furnished with laminate flooring, bright and friendly. Parking space no. 9 at the house.

Location and surroundings of object
More sea view and proximity to the main beach of Scharbeutz is not possible. It is only 30 metres to the fine sandy beach and most beautiful piece of beach in Scharbeutz. The town centre with its pedestrian zone and many cafés and restaurants as well as boutiques, bakeries, bicycle rental and much more is only a few steps away. A car parking space is located in front of the house.

Beautiful holiday flat in very central location with balcony view towards the sea
Everything is great and coordination with the landlord always possible and friendly. Price - performance fits. Really a beautiful holiday flat and the balcony with a view of the sea is brilliant. The proximity to the centre is also really great
The car park is right in front of the house; you don't need the car anymore because of the central location (except maybe for the trip to the bigger supermarkets / they are max. 5 minutes away by car). All in all, it was a nice holiday in a nice accommodation.
