In the immediate vicinity of the Baltic Sea beach is our exclusively furnished 2-room holiday flat suitable for 4 people with a side sea view. The flat has been extensively renovated in recent years.

The entire furnishing is colour-coordinated with the typical Baltic Sea colours blue, white and sand. The new high-quality sand-coloured Baltic Sea tiles will make you dream of the beach, the sea and the sun with their dune-like surface structure.

The flat impresses with its generous room layout of the two light-flooded rooms facing the sea. From the living room to the covered balcony, your gaze wanders towards the sea through floor-to-ceiling mullioned windows and French doors that open inwards.

The white leather sofa bed sleeps 2 more people comfortably. A modern, high-gloss white fitted kitchen with ceramic hob and integrated dining area leaves nothing to be desired. With free Wi-Fi, our two 40'' SMART TVs and the digital music system, you can enjoy relaxed surfing, watching TV or listening to music.

The separate, newly furnished bedroom offers restful sleep and plenty of storage space in the large wardrobe. You will find further storage space in a built-in wardrobe in the hallway. You can rinse off the sea salt in the brightly tiled shower room.

The flat also has a parking space, a bicycle cellar and a laundry room with coin-operated machine.

Beautiful autumn vacation

Easter stay in Scharbeutz

The apartment should be suitable for four people. However, occupancy with more than two people is absolutely not recommended. It would be too cramped. The photos on the internet were taken with a wide-angle lens and did not quite reflect reality. The kitchen counter, which also serves as a dining table, is too high for children, as are the accompanying bar stools. If you had young children now, you would have to lift them up and down every time, and it would also be dangerous because of the height. In addition, it would be very cramped for more than two people. The remaining kitchen counter space is almost taken up by two coffee machines, a toaster, and a kettle. The sofa is completely worn out, so you can't sit comfortably on it. The spare bed in the bedroom is unusable for adults because the foot section cannot be raised straight. The two armchairs are uncomfortable and can be described as chairs. Furthermore, it was not made clear that the busy B76 road runs directly in front of the house. On the positive side, the otherwise tasteful furnishings, the two flat-screen TVs, the spacious closet space, and the beautiful balcony are worth mentioning.

Ihre Einschätzung lässt sich im Folgenden zu 100 % widerlegen und entspricht insofern nicht der Realtität. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen ausgestattet; es gibt sogar die Möglichkeit, wahlweise zwischen 5 Schlafplätzen zu wählen. Die Fotos wurden professionell erstellt und bilden die Räume realitätsgetreu ab. Für Familien mit Kleinkindern ist der in der Höhe hydraulisch zu verändernde Couchtisch als Esstisch nutzbar. Für alle anderen stehen die Hochstühle alternativ zur Verfügung. Im Inserat ist über Goggle Maps die Lage der Wohnung dargestellt. Auch in persönlichen Gesprächen mit Mietinteressenten wird auf die Strandstraße und damit auf die absolute Strandnähe der Wohnung hingewiesen. Ihre Bewertung des Service mit 1 bleibt vollkommen unverständlich, da dieser Punkt der Bewertungen in der Vergangenheit fast ausschließlich 5***** erhielt.

Super relaxation in a great holiday flat

The holiday flat is close to the sea and is very well equipped. The sofa and bed are very comfortable and the room layout of the 48 sqm is perfect. The wardrobes offer enough storage space and there is a TV in both the living room and the bedroom.

We had a very nice holiday and are completely satisfied.

Highly recommended!

Actually, there is nothing to add to June's review. We felt very comfortable, we didn't lack anything. The furnishings and cleanliness are really outstanding and in 3 minutes walking distance (you don't always have to use the bridge over the road ;-)) you can be at the wonderful beach of Scharbeutz
The contact to Mr. Ewringmann as well as to the owner of the flat was very uncomplicated and cordial!
We would definitely come again.

Relaxing week in a beautiful flat

We had a lovely holiday in an excellently equipped flat. Even little things were thought of (spare light bulbs, spare batteries, tea lights etc.). Nothing was missing. Great digital music system, 2 very good TVs with Netflix. A comfortable bed, high quality furniture in the bedroom, a very appealing kitchen with counter and a cosy sitting area in the living room. The location to the beach and the centre of the village is very good. The contact with Mr Ewringmann in advance was uncomplicated and friendly. The handover of the keys on site was also quick and well handled. We would book again at any time.

Great holiday flat in Scharbeutz

First time in Scharbeutz and we felt right at home. A great holiday flat in a good location. The centre of Scharbeutz is very easy to reach on foot. And if you want to go to Lübeck - the bus leaves from the front door. The flat is equipped with everything you need. Two televisions are luxury.

Simply pure relaxation!

We really enjoyed our stay in the vacation rental. Everything is bright and maritime. Very well-maintained and clean. You feel comfortable right away. From the balcony, you can even catch a glimpse of the Baltic Sea. The kitchen with seating for breakfast is very nice; certainly more than sufficient for lunch and dinner as well. Scharbeutz has also changed a lot; it has become much more modern and is definitely worth a visit at the Lübeck Bay! We felt completely comfortable with our small family of three!

Wohlfühlwohnung

Our first vacation at the Baltic Sea - unfortunately, summer had left us for the two weeks of our stay. Swimming was not an option, but we could hike, cycle, and take excursions in the area. And when we had enough of the brisk, cool breeze, we always looked forward to our cozy vacation apartment. Nicely furnished, well-maintained, plenty of storage space, good beds, excellently equipped. An apartment to feel good in! Scharbeutz with its kilometer-long beach promenade is a very pleasant holiday destination with good infrastructure. The weather may have left some wishes unfulfilled, but we had a nice, relaxing vacation and were completely satisfied.

Wunderbare Urlaubstage in einem wunderschönen Appartement

I have never rented such a lovingly and beautifully maritime furnished apartment. You already feel comfortable when entering the apartment. The equipment of the apartment also impressed me, everything was really thought of for the guest: dish soap, 2 cleaning tabs for the dishwasher, garbage bags, spare toilet roll... everything was there. Things that you usually have to buy first when renting a vacation apartment. Just great! The location is also great: view of the sea and only a short walk over the bridge and you are at the beach. We definitely want to come back.

Arrive, unpack, and feel comfortable. Completely equipped, in TOP condition, well-maintained, and clean. Within a max. 10-minute walk along the beach to the center of Scharbeutz, with many good restaurants. We went several times to the Stäckers restaurant, "Delicious". Timmendorfer Strand, Lübeck, all not far. Highly recommended even in winter.

Relaxing vacation in the offseason
